Obama is "NOT" qualified to be President of the United States Lawsuit Against Obama Dismissed from Philadelphia Federal Court

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/25/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that he is immediately appealing the dismissal of his case to the United States Supreme Court. The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.
Berg said, "I am totally disappointed by Judge Surrick's decision and, for all citizens of the United States, I am immediately appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court.
This is a question of who has standing to uphold our Constitution. If I don't have standing, if you don't have standing, if your neighbor doesn't have standing to question the eligibility of an individual to be President of the United States - the Commander-in-Chief, the most powerful person in the world - then who does?
So, anyone can just claim to be eligible for congress or the presidency without having their legal status, age or citizenship questioned.
According to Judge Surrick, we the people have no right to police the eligibility requirements under the U.S. Constitution.

We must legally prevent Obama, the unqualified candidate, from taking the Office of the Presidency of the United States,” Berg said.

Let's say Obama is a Kenyan.
The United States Department of State is in charge of passports. They have a copy of Obama's birth certificate or other documents provided when he applied for his passport. If they were given "other" documents, when these rumors started, they would have immediately begun investigating. The Secretary is Condoleezza Rice. She came to the post under President Bush.
But let's say the Department of State decides for whatever reason that it isn't in their jurisdiction. So they turn it over to the FBI. The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation is Robert Swan Mueller. He came to the post under President Bush.
Or how about the CIA? The Director of Central Intelligence is Michael Hayden. He came to the post under President Bush.
So, assuming Obama is a Kenyan, can anyone honestly say that the GOP doesn't know?
Or do they know and they are sitting on it so he can be elected?
Because in the history of Washington, there has never been a leak of information, has there? Wrong. They leak information for political reasons all the time.
And before anyone says "MSM", this would require everyone from the top down everywhere to swear a vow of silence. Because if the Washington Post didn't want the story, the Washington Times would. And so on. This would be the story of the century. Hand it to Rush Limbaugh and let him read it on the air.
That would end the election right there on the spot and every election board in the country paused and demanded proof. The DNC would have to act. Why hasn't that happened?
Or is it that they don't know? US intelligence provides the information to run wars, negotiate with countries, they engage in all sorts of espionage. They keep the world safe for Humanity day in and day out.
But somehow the sum total of US Intelligence hasn't figured out whether Obama is a Kenyan or not, eight days before the election?

Well, Nobama himself evidently has yet to show that he is a Natural Born Citizen, which he has failed miserably, because he CANNOT!
If it's the taxpayer, then YES THEY DO work for "us". Our taxes pay their salaries.
There is none.
If the Administration or any of its appointees come out with the information, then it backfires onto the GOP candidate.
That's the simplest explanation I can come up with.
Also, you are assuming the Obama in the past traveled on a US Passport. Lets entertain the possibility for a moment that he traveled on an Indonesian one, he was after all once a citizen there.
Granted this is all total supposition. Most likely off from the truth.
Which brings up a sticky issue.... Why not just tell the truth? Show a certified Birth Certificate? Would that not be the simplest answer? He has posted up a forgery, and KNOWS it to be a forgery, a Crime. Why is THAT not being investigated? The FBI should be all over that, but for some reason this candidate seems to be above the law in all respects.
WHY?
Because they know they've got us to do their job, so they can focus on political activism... ;-)

Asked whether a political candidate or party is behind the incidents, Mr. McCormack said: “None at this point in time that we have determined.”
Mr. McCormack declined to provide the names of the employees or the contract, but he said they were hired by the contractor involved in producing, processing and approving passports.
“This is supposed to be a transaction between an individual and the government, and this is private information that we take a lot of steps to protect, and we take that responsibility seriously, not only for high profile individuals but for everybody,” he said.
Mr. McCormack said the incidents took place at consular affairs facilities in the Washington area.”

That link is close to being the most garbled stream of gibberish and nonsense I have ever read. Even zer0bumma’s platitudes and vagaries seem more polished and on track.
If the purpose is to illustrate absurdity by being absurd, then the writer of that garbage has certainly succeeded wildly.

But, all these questions could be solved with getting our hands on that eVerify tool the DHS now has.

That is the part of the discussion that went back and forth. The work for us meaning we don’t process hiring papers. The eVerify system is part of the hiring process.
