Whether Berg is right or not, the information is damaging enough that voters won’t take a risk on voting in a possibly illegitimate President. Then we’d get flaplips Biden....hardly an improvement.

The problem with doing so now is that the DNC can send in Hillary, who gave some votes to McCain once he picked Sarah. If Hillary runs now, what will happen to those votes? Will McCain lose them back to Hillary? Will she keep all of Obama’s votes or will some go to McCain and make up the difference?

There's no way that any “privacy” laws...or any other kind of laws (state or Federal)....should prevent the release of *any* government document that would serve to prove or refute the citizenship or age claims of any candidate for the Presidency of the United States.

I don’t know quite what to make of this. The suit ends if Obama provides the court with the document. Why is it that he will allow the left wing factcheck.org to view, handle, and photograph it, but the court can’t see it?
