The order is not signed and dated October blank, 2008.

Hmm. An order for Hussein to be removed from the ballot? One wonders why the Dems are ignoring this. Shouldn’t they be filing an emergency appeal to a higher court or even the SC?

I saw it... the thread was pulled because the title and link was an unconfirmed statement of fact... they jumped the gun saying something had happened when it hasn’t.

I saw it and looked it over. It’s not dated or signed, but then many of the filings included there are not. Could be a hoax, but I can’t imagine Berg doing something so stupid.
