Nonstop Chicago to Honolulu: if you left at 7 am from Chicago O Hare, would get you in Honolulu at noon. It appears to be only a five hour flight, but then you have to take in the time zones! There's a 4 hour difference between Chicago and Hawaii, so it'll be noon in Honolulu, but feel like 4 in Chicago.
All in all, it's less than a 9 hour flight, non stop. P.S. - if Obama's campaign is worried that most aren't buying his lame excuse, the family will join him in order to make the trip more believable.
I’m not sure how well-off the Dunham family is/was personally. This grandmother is the one who helped raise him from the time he was about 10 or so (when he came back from Indonesia).
As for paying for Columbia and Harvard? Look up Khalid Al-Mansour. Al-Mansour is the Islamo-Fascist Supporter who paid for Barack’s education.
It is quite scary isn’t it? And, most U.S. citizens have NO CLUE how much information about this man has been kept from them. They assume that the media would tell them about things like connections to terrorists (Ayers), and genocidal leaders (Odinga) and such. It’s a very sad state of affairs.

Barack: "I'll be there tomorrow. Oh, by the way, my grandmother was sick, so I can say I am visiting her and that will give me good cover and P.R. See you soon."
Do I recall correctly that this grandmother, with whom Obama is supposedly so close, had the honor of a visit from her grandson a couple months back, and he spent like 45 minutes with her?

Who else here thinks he bails now after the birth certificate news breaks after Atty. Berg’s planned USSC petition on or about Thursday - while he is ‘away’ and inaccessable? The only time more critical than this Thursday and Friday would be next Thursday and Friday...ill grandma could have been visited 20 days ago or 20 days from now...I’m not buying it.
‘Suddenly ill’ grandmother? I think i used that to go to a job interview once...
