Florida! Vote Tomorrow! Early Voting Starts!

Posted on 10/19/2008 7:07:59 PM PDT by FloridaBattleGround

Just want to remind all of you Florida FREEPers that early voting starts tomorrow in Florida. Since our side doesn't cheat, you only get one vote. But you can drag your family and friends to the polls. We need every vote we can get. If you know someone that is undecided, convince them on the issues and get them to the polls ASAP!!!

Also, please remember to vote "Yes on 2" in order to preserve traditional marriage in the state of Florida.

Obama will be in Tampa and Orlando tomorrow. FREEPers are showing up to both events with plungers, so come and join us and then we can all go vote!

Pass the word and let's win this thing!!!

I haven’t heard how it is polling, but I know most people will vote yes on it that I have talked to. When we do sign-waving for McCain/Palin, we are putting the “yes on 2” signs so drivers can see where we stand.

They are starting to run ads. But Obama has foriegn money coming in from Islamic Terrorist states and it is a little hard to compete with laundered oil money.

If you vote absentee, just take it to your Supervisor of Elections office and put it right in the ballot box in person. There should be an Absentee Ballot Box right in the office.

That's what I did last Monday for my daughter who's away in college. Told her not to mail it, that I would pick it up and deliver it personally. Postal workers are unionized (many of them); I've heard of some throwing them out...not sure that's true, but that's what I heard years ago.

They should have already mailed them out a while ago if you requested them...

I heard ZeroH will be in Tampa tomorrow. Ugh, looks like the TB D-Rays will be going to the WS... Bad timing... Any plans for McCain or Palin going there as well? Does anyone thing ZeroH will get lots of mileage out of this? Honest assessments please. Thanks

My aunt didn’t get hers. Are you sure they should have already received their ballots?

She is on permanent absentee ballot due to her age and disability.

I'm here and I am getting out everyone I know out to vote . the neighbors will probably do it because they are fed up of hearing me but anyway we have to get that vote out and also stop judges from making whatever marriage on to us

Manc, are you still determined to move back to New England if New Hampshire goes for Obama?

good question

I would but I’ve been thinking how the other local elections go.
I live now in Florida but believe it will go for McCAIN by 5 points from what I have been seeing

I desperately want to in my heart but in my mind I cannot live in a state which starts to go the way of MA.

local elections and policies will decide it for me not really the presidential elections
The media is very influential and it is really biased in New England so in a way I cannot blame the older voters who have no computers

You may want to check on that as what I read on the rules is the request is good for only two general elections and all the elections in between....

Yes, if Sununu loses, and Che-Porter is re-elected, it would be pointless to move there.
