Florida! Vote Tomorrow! Early Voting Starts!

Posted on 10/19/2008 7:07:59 PM PDT by FloridaBattleGround

Just want to remind all of you Florida FREEPers that early voting starts tomorrow in Florida. Since our side doesn't cheat, you only get one vote. But you can drag your family and friends to the polls. We need every vote we can get. If you know someone that is undecided, convince them on the issues and get them to the polls ASAP!!!

Also, please remember to vote "Yes on 2" in order to preserve traditional marriage in the state of Florida.

Obama will be in Tampa and Orlando tomorrow. FREEPers are showing up to both events with plungers, so come and join us and then we can all go vote!

Pass the word and let's win this thing!!!

sorry but post should say the Reverend are for it but this unknown so called church is against the question

I have seen two men walking from a church where tow of our presidents lie who were getting so called sham married there .

it was Quincy MA and I swear I nearly threw up at the sight of all these men throwing rice and confetti to two men who think they are married

the church where our two presidents are buried is right in the center of town as well

you can guarantee that the homosexuals will be out in force and possible voter fraud on this

I will be voting on Friday with my son who is coming down from Gainesville to vote (he is in college). He is 18 and just registered this year. A good, young republican. I was so paranoid, I told him to drive down and vote, not to vote absentee. I also wanted him to check out the sample ballot they mailed to us this week. Gotta make sure he knows who to vote for and vote yes on 2.

There was a man at the Palin rally carrying a sign which said “Ed, the Dairyman”. May I suggest that in addition to carrying a plunger, wear a sandwich board or carry a sign that states YOUR own name and occupation. They can tar and feather Joe, the Plumber, but if there are thousands of other people out there with different names and occupations who identify with Joe, I think that sends a powerful message.

My husband, daughter and son-in-law will be voting on Nov 4. So will the rest of my family, about 10 of us. All of us Americans of Cuban descent except for our children who were born here but all raised as conservative republicans and three of them new voters this year. We love this country very much.

In Florida, Miami Dolphins owner Wayne Huizenga has announced his plans to pack up his toys and go home if Obama wins the election, saying that he'll sell the team because of Obama's tax policies. After 15 years of plodding mediocrity under Huizenga (no Super Bowl wins, AFC Championships, or even AFC Championship Game appearances, compared to 2 Super Bowl wins, 5 AFC Championships, and 7 AFC Championship Game appearances in the 27 years prior to Huizenga), Dolphin fans are probably ready to thank Obama for ridding them of their pathetic owner. And baseball fans will remember Huizenga as the guy who dismantled two separate Florida Marlin World Series championship teams to pad his wallet. Bottom line? If an Obama presidency can get Wayne Huizenga out of the sports biz, that's change Miami sports fans can believe in.

Meanwhile, here in the Pittsburgh area, Steelers owner Dan Rooney -- possibly the most beloved guy in the city -- is campaigning for Obama in PA and OH with Ted Strickland and Steelworkers' President Leo Gerard.

For a Democrat since Bush occupied Iraq, there is hope that the Bush-inspired Republican madness will end after Nov. 4.
