How do you figure they did not get involved? If they did not take the case they wouldn’t be involved. Taking the case and voting on it puts them right in the heart of it.

FOX said they have to verify them name by name and its a laborious task. Then that's what they need to do, and they need to keep doing it until the taxpayers get sick and tired of having to pay for cleaning up ACORN's mess every election.

Then Republicans need to organize and create their own ways of, shall we say, ensuring the outcomes of elections by creative means. I've had it. Until now, I've even had qualms about voting twice in an online poll to slant it, let alone encouraging cheating in a real election.
Then vote democrat and don't taint conservatives with that stench.

If elected, Obama will now positively be viewed as an illegitimate President. All will know that it took massive vote fraud to get him elected. Welcome to the banana republic.
To: livius
Thanks for the clarification on that. I didn’t realize the difference.

I agree. All election are state elections, except for when the electoral college elects the preseident.
I actually disagreed with the Bush/Gore decision. The Supreme Court should have turned that mess back over to the Florida Legislature after taking it away from the Florida judiciary since it is the state legislature that is ultimately responsible for the allocation of a state's electoral votes.
In Florida Bush would still have won because the Legislature was Republican at that time. But I think the principle still stands. The Legislature decides how electoral votes are allocated.

The story says it “granted her a stay”. That doesn’t mean a complete decision on this.
I think this is still to be argued out.
I don’t see how the Court in full could have determined this already.

Now that we know the new rules, we can play too. Time to register everyone we know, to the last Fido. You got that right. IT'S TIME TO BE RUTHLESS AND FIGHT DIRTY.

The Chicago corruption machine is now national.
To: Finny
If we want to preserve this nation and freedom, we've got to fight dirty, and if that means being "creative" in producing votes because the SCOTUS has granted that right to opponents, than that's what it is. LOL, I guess I can steal my moms' absentee ballot and fill it in. Sorry I know it's not a laughing matter when really I'm crying.

If we fight, maybe chaos ensues and we wind up with photo id registration, which is a good omelet.
Meanwhile we have to break some eggs.

This means we can start printing our own ballots too. I think Ohio needs an extra 250,000 Republican votes. Perfectly legal. The Supreme Court just said so.

THIS IS NOT over, by any means. By this ruling it puts ACORN on the TV 24/7 all weekend long...talking about it's affiliation to OBAMA......and makes the voters MAD!!!! Just the publicity alone will disenfranchise Dem voters and Obama is tainted. From what I remember it still made sure that voters voting must be who they are...and allowed Republican authorities to be there at the polling places to confirm. This is not a positive BUT... IF, and I say IF Patrick Fitzgerald has information for indictment on Obama with Rezko and is ready to roll...this ruling might just cause it to happen before the election instead of after if the Feds were concerned of how it looked. Forget it now....nail him.

Time to register everyone we know, to the last Fido I have a daughter who is "only" 6 months shy of being able to vote legally. I also have a 3rd grader who would like to be able to vote too. I mean, ACORN registered a 2nd grader so my 3rd grader must be elible too.
