Exactly. Gallup had the Obamessiah up by 11-14 just a day or two ago. And now it’s two! Who runs these goofy polls anyway? And more importantly, as Gallup is also undoubtedly in the tank for Hussein, are they finally becoming aware that their own credibility is on the line? Therefore maybe it’s time to show some real poll numbers, as a 1 point McCain win on the 4th would make their 10 point Hussein advantage look a little questionable at best??!! I don’t know. But I do know that legit polls don’t go from 14 to 2 overnight.
By Sunday, Gallup was reporting a 7% lead. Even then, that was among total registered voters. The margin among their traditional likely voter method was 4%.
The media is reporting the higher total registered voter numbers whenever possible, even Fox.

This is not your business as usual election, with some unusual factors mixed in this time. A few unusual factors are, race, volatile economy, and many Republican conservatives feeling they've been raped and robbed by the party for some years now. Not to mention the festering border issue that has taken a back seat to the economy lately, but continues to be a festering issue with millions.
I would guess race will will be a major factor, possibly being aided by many that have just had a belly full of of D.C. with many seeing the Republicans as causing that belly ache.
If McCain fails, the blame will rest with the Republican track record in their past 6 years, handling of the economy, and their chosen candidate.
Currently I see this as a toss up, but we could all be fooled and it could go big, one way or the other.
It will be a very interesting election night.

Ignore the polls but Obama’s fantasy 15 point leads seem to be evaporating. The MSM and UK/foreign media will be screaming racism and theft when McCain beats Obama by +5 election day.

LOL, I accidentally hit send before I realized I had typed chose instead of choose yesterday.
For some reason I didn’t get reprimanded on that one. When I made a typing error spelling friend ‘freind’ without catching it, I must have gotten seven to ten corrections.
One person sent me a private message to alert me to this terrible mistake. Good grief!
I would love to see it backfire on Gallop. I have lost respect for all the polling concerns. They are either corrupt themselves, or they allow other corrupt firms to operate without outing them.
The industry has destroyed itself.
I think Joe was still working on the water main break when this polling was done.

To answer more specifically, I believe so many are so disgusted, so pissed off, (at both parties) they are just waiting until election night, to see how they feel at the time.

My take on it is that faith in our elected officials is at an all time low right now.

Are you referring to the "Tom Bradley factor": people telling pollsters they will vote for the black candidate just feel good, then going out and voting against him?
Obama mocked Joe the Plumber at his rally today. A democratic congressman is on Cavuto and started out dissing JTP...and then launched into espousing income redistribution... this is what needs to be pounded from now until election day... and THAT will move these numbers to our favor.
Yeah, I just heard an Obama surrogate claim that the plumbers name isn’t even, Joe.
