McCain is right....you don’t benefit at all if your neighbor’s house sits abandoned.

For example, Marin County California had almost 40,000 forclosures during the 4th Quarter of 2007. Until every one of those houses can be revalued and sold to a homeowner who can afford to pay a reasonable mortgage, this whole financial crisis won’t end.
