(Don't let me interrupt your prayers for a suffering celebrity!)
I was part of the prayer chain starting at midnight last night, I prayed over McCain and this debate for 45 minutes and others prayed throughout the day. Prayer chain started at midnight and went through the debate. Looks like it paid off...BIG...McCain WON this debate and wiped bambi all over the floor.

"McCain just improved his chances and if he can overcome the voter fraud he will be POTUS"This is going to be a HUGE obstacle. I just got a letter from the RNC today (addressed to my late husband - who has been dead for over five years). It is titled "2008 EMERGENCY MEMBERSHIP SATEMENT" - and begging for $35 from every member of the RNC.
I wrote the RNC for the first three years after his death, telling them he was deceased, when they mailed him a mail-in ballot.
Looks like they never took his name off. Hmmmm. Wonder who will vote for him in the upcoming election?

People need to relax...how easily everyone forgets 4 years ago, when Lurch won all 3 debates then, too. This happens every 4 years.
You must not understand what most of us do here---Obama is NOT a candidate like years past---the country will not survive 4 years of Obama, for reasons most people here totally understand knowing the background of Obama and his ideology, coupled with the likes of a congress led by Pelosi, Reed and Dodd.

I’m not buying for one second those 4 “undecideds” were actually undecided - especially the lady sitting in the front. She was a little too forceful in her remarks to convince me that she wasn’t already for Obama. I didn’t catch where that panel was, however the panel he had after the last debate was in Arlington, VA - that is an overwhelmingly Democrat area of Northern VA.

McCain/Palin should buy network time and speak directly to the American people.

I agree. Something is up. I have the same feeling I had when those forged docs came up. You know the truth but for some reason others are on another planet. I hear Kraut use the word “remarkable” in regards to OBs composure where I saw arrogance and snickering when serious subjects were discussed.

Looks like we have finally lost FOX News. Add them in now with the others. Nowhere to turn now for TV news. When will FR have its own network???

What’s this? What do you mean by that comment? Is Hillary going to be on TV tonight or something?

The people who call CSPAN’s call-in shows are often quite loopy. If you’re not going to church and want a real laugh, watch their call in show on Sunday mornings...the freaks really come out then.

My opinion is that anyone who hasn’t made up their mind by now, who would be the better choice for this great nation; which McCain and Palin clearly are, they shouldn’t be allowed to vote
To: TonyInOhio
The wife and I had to run out this evening but we listened to most of the second half of the debate on the radio in the car after catching the first half on TV.
Obama got flustered a number of times and lapsed back into his stump speech several times. He denied most of the allegations against him concerning Bill Ayers and tried to brush off ACORN.
John McCain was more forceful than I’ve ever seen him in any debate. He stayed on point tonight and he did a lot better than I ever expected him to. He finally confronted Obama about a lot of things that I believe his base expected him to, and I think any objective and honest observer would hand this one to McCain.
Best debate yet, and Thank God they are over...
