I too had lowish expectations and was pleasantly surprised by McCain. He was mostly quite awake and fired up, and got several good points in.
LOVED his Freudian “Senator Government.” He obviously did not mean to say that, but I KNEW it would be picked up by everyone. Perfect.
This was the best debate format, where they could actually go after each other somewhat.
Obama still says lies and nothingness better than anyone alive. He lied through his teeth about the infanticide. If the “laws already on the books” were good enough, why would that nurse in Chicago ever have had to come forward to testify about how living abortion victims were being thrown, breathing, into trash bags?

I have been flipping around the channels and have not found one talking head who though McCain won the debate. Its the same crap....Barry looks cool and collected, he gets his points out to the public, McCain looks desperate.
Honestly I must have been listening to a different debate.
