It probably depends on the county. I suspect that at some point before the counting of the votes they are separated, so after that you would be right.

My main beef with Bush is that he is so quietly fading into oblivion. I want him to FIGHT. To suddenly on a Sunday night name 200 recess appointments and enrage the Democrats. To sign Executive Orders permitting ANWR, and fast-track refineries and nuke plants by waiving environmental challenges. I want him to fight against the dying of the light.

It could be a moot point now that the 6th Circuit has ordere the Ohio SoS to verify ALL registrations prior to the election. It seems ACORN got a little overzealous in their attempt to rig this election. I’m hoping a perp walk will be in store for the thugs in the not to distant future. Further, if a person doesn’t have the drive to register themselves and then get to the polls and vote, maybe they shouldn’t be voting.
