I will turn on CNN and see what they have to say about this. ... For some reason all they are talking about is how Obama won the debate. Alternate Universe.

‘Bout damned time. Of course, he will get “community service” and be required to assist those “less fortunate” than he in learning how to use a computer.

Nothing will happen here. He’s a Democrat and the son of a Democrat big-wig in the State. Since the laws don’t apply to Democrats, he’ll get off easy. He may be assigned 1000 hours of community service and ordered to spend them helping ACORN computerize their voter registration program in order to reduce the amount of fraud getting discovered (i.e., to help ACORN get their fraud through without getting caught).

I hope he is convicted and sentence to five years in prison, fined $250,000.00, and given three years of supervised probation. What he did is reprehensible...and my instincts tell me this is NOT the first social engineering hack by this Kemell person.

A federal grand jury has indicted the son of a Democratic Tennessee state lawmaker in connection with the hacking of the e-mail account of Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin. Don't drop the soap, a-hole.

Federal Indictment eh? Daddy is going to be shelling out some big bucks to keep his Tweeky out of jail.
I hope it sets him back about 600K. That much less to donate to the left.
The first press I saw after it was discovered who did it, was Dem pol dad saying he knew nothing about computers.Plausible deniability, a favored dem technique. CYA.
He did NOT back up his son any at all nor was he" If he did this, I apologize."
Sucks to have a Dem Dad.
