Makes me wonder if Obama has a Signed Agreement like Raila did with his Islamic Bros.

What I wonder about is HOW are the INTERNET contribution monitored? FOREIGNERS aren't supposed to be contributing and Obama isn't supposed to be ACCEPTING FOREIGN MONEY. Obams base in the U.S. doesn't have any money - they're salivating for YOUR money.
