WTF? Intrade had McCain at 47.8 right after the debate. It is now down to 42.0. I just don’t get it!
I think you're being honest. I just wonder if we watchedd the same debate.
Barry's purpose in this thing was to prove that he belonged on the stage. He got schooled by McCain, like an earnest young teaching assistant being given the truth by a professor.
I thought McCain looked like what he was - confident, prepared (not by talking points, but by experience), ready. Barry looked liked a nice young man who would very much like to be President.

That bears repeating. He's got quite an imagination also.
The best critiques were by Nina Eason(sp) and Bill Krystal. She made the point that McCain was strong and that Obama was basically boring. She was right. Come to think of it, when Obama spoke, my mind drifted, he was hard to follow, make-up and all. McCain was very interesting and his knowledge kept my attention. Bill Krystal thought Obama won round 1 and McCain won the remainder of the rounds. I have to pretty much agree.
Haley Barber—who I like—is saying he’s surprised to see that McCain has 82% on the FOX poll. Why are they so sheepish about saying what’s so clear to all of us? McCain WON!

It might be the same old media crap but we are now fired up. Do you know that in Manhattan there are over 1,000 members in the McCain Manhattan group? We are not going to let Barry and Co. into the White House. And that’s that.
Obama, the Messiah, will never admit, even to himself, that he got his clock cleaned. He looked unhappy because Michelle looked unhappy - and he knows he'll get his butt handed to him when he gets home.
Yeah. Good point on the polling line “spin”. I forgot to mention that in my earlier post but caught that also.
Anyone listening? Fox News just had the first non-Internet poll results(phone in) on TV and McCain is winning 89%.
