If Obama follows any other course of action, it would be very unusual.

No, what would be very unusual would be for a US-born candidate for President's personal attestation as to the fact of his birth to not be accepted. In fact, it's never happened before. 43 Presidents, AT LEAST 89 major candidates, no birth certificates.

Why not produce the certificate and expose Berg as a buffoon, and end all speculation on this issue?

Stalling and prevarication don't help Obama. It gives legitimacy to Berg and all the people who question Obama’s eligibility.

As he tanks in the polls, why give Berg, a goof-ball and a Clinton supporter, an opportunity to make you look bad?

Also, this case was filed in Philadelphia, and Pennsylvania is a must win state. Any action on Obama’s part that prolongs this case is just negative publicity in a state he must win.

Well the Democratics party is hard to kill. They started and prosecuted a civil war, lost and are still the second marjor party. Compared to that Obama's fiasco is nothing much.

The MSM however will be shown to be blithering idiots who failed to investigate a public accusation, while going into infinite detail on VP Palin's per-diem expense reports and her hubby's college era traffic violations. The only conclusion any fair-minded person can draw is that they are either completely incompetent, or were part of the scam. I think the latter will be the more popular viewpoint, as it is more cynical and we prize ourselves on our cynicism these days.

We often overlook those who have aided and abetted the candidate in his commission of fraud. The DNC and the Democrats in Illinois were charged with vetting their candidate for all respective offices. So far, nearly every documentation, record (addresses, school records, health records, financial records, associations and on and on) and personal history are in dispute and yet the powers that be in the DNC have endorsed Obama without being called to task.

It's the movers and shakers in the 'Smokey Back Rooms' that approved his candidacy that ought to be interviewed and made to substantiate the documentation and records. Chasing Obama, searching for items that he refuses to release to the general public is going nowhere.

To catch the big fish, you sometimes have to catch little fish first.
