Obama is an outright fraud in so many aspects, that if he was born on the moon would be a big ho-hum. But, like you, I would like to see some species of verifiable proof before it is even brought up. There’s enough on him with the evidence to back it up that we don’t have to go acting like Democrats, grasping pitifully at quadruple hearsay, anonymous sources. and innuendo.
There aren’t any Freepers in Hawaii that can go to the library, get the Honolulu Advertiser on microfiche from what, 1962, and look for birth announcements? Granted the lack of any isn’t proof but would be very interesting

Even if there is such a document (and I'd tend to doubt it because Kenya was and still is a "third world" country), I doubt if Berg can successfully subpoena it for his case, since the court has no jurisdiction over Kenya nor Kenyans. There would be no incentive for anyone in Kenya to comply voluntarily with such a subpoena.

This was posted a few weeks ago and it showed BHO’s birth announcement yet their is still a problem with it....someone else can better explain.
Maybe his cousin Dick Cheney has the ‘family tree’ laying around and knows all the details? ha ha

So you are saying there would not be great incentive for Kenya to comply in a subpoenas/lawsuit that might dictate the outcome of the POTUS?
I’m sure there is some international requirement for that matter. Let’s get real.
First, you don't have to have a birth certificate to get a passport. Passport requirements from the Department of State. It can be a Consular Report of 'birth abroad', it may be a Naturalization Certificate, or even a Certificate of Citizenship among other things. Any of these could be proof of 'naturalization' but not 'natural born' as required to be President. In other words having a U.S. passport does not = natural born and does not = qualified to be President.
Secondly, as you may recall, there was an attempt to break into Obama's passport records to determine what was in there by somebody. Interesting wouldn't you say????
All of this should have been checked out or “vetted” a long time ago.

I understand what your saying, but the Obama campaign HAS produced a birth certificate from Hawaii - it's on their web site. Yes, I know there are people who think it is a forgery but again, we have no EVIDENCE. Same with the notion he was born in Kenya...we need EVIDENCE, otherwise, we're just perpetrating rumors.
Remember in 2004 how freepers and others were able to prove that the forged Killian memos were in fact forged? The MS Word overlays, the font expert testimonials, eye witnesses refuting the memos, etc...? That's what is needed if this is going to go anywhere.
So, he too cheap to take care of his grandmother in Kenya also.

No, there has been no birth certificate unearthed, that is the problem.
We have conflicting reports between two different hospitals where he supposedly was born, we have a BC posted at Obama’s website that has been debunked as a fraud. ( forensics have determined his sister Maya’s name is overscribed on it, it ISN’T HIS ).
We do not know jack about this man.

Who would DO this knowingly? An entire GROUP of people, handlers and money-raisers must know this.
