The NYT has been left looking stupid too many times. Whatever this is, they think its foolproof or they wouldn’t touch it. I bet evidence has been planted somewhere, somebody has been threatened or something. Its going to look real enough to fool people.

NYTimes is not going to do a fluff piece on this baby. No way, no how. They are trying to get social conservatives to turn against Palin. That’s what this has always been about. Thus far, all attacks have backfired.
We’ll see how it plays out, but right now, Palin looks like the Roadrunner and the media look like Wile E Coyote.

I don’t believe this “developing” story for 1 second. Advice to Palin and McCain.. don’t comment.. let the NYT hang itself, for if this is true and there is ANY story on their baby, any story at all, the outcry will be tremendous... it will doom the NYT.
and it will only further the McCain/Palin cause.

If they print a trash story about the baby we will find out on election day exactly how many far left whackos there really are are in this country- because that will be the number of votes Obama will get. I would say- oh 10%.

The problem is that so many of their Lefty readership are immune to the gross incivilities they introduce as 'newsworthy'.
But who knows. . .maybe. . .some light will break threw the darkness here; and the 'powers that be' at NYT's WILL fatally impale themselves on their own words.
Sarah was interviewed in the Anchorage Daily News, and said that she was "leaking" amniotic fluid. She also said that after 4 kids, she knew what labor pains felt like, and she knew she wasn't in labor.
She called her doctor, and he approved her trip back to Alaska. She was back home for about 24 (36?) hours before Trig was born, albeit via a C-section.
There's no controversy here. This was a matter between Sarah and her doctor. No reputable doctor will second-guess it. Anything else is nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt at character assassination.
Why does Drudge, Rush, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, et al, continue to give the Slimes free publicity?
