Barry Obama has slipped on his own faith by saying "John McCain has not... talked about... My muslim faith"

Of which Stephanopolous carried the water and corrected him by saying "Christian faith".

I think this is a VERY telling freudian slip by Barrack.

He didn’t say “my Muslim Faith”.

What ever he meant to say he did say MY MUSLIM FAITH, it is on the video plain as day, so you lie when you say he didn't say it. Now whether he meant that or not is anyone's guess, but I will tell you, when he was corrected by the interviewer and said My Christian faith it did not make sense as a sentence. The sentence he originally uttered would have said this(assuming he meant Christian faith)"John McCain hasn't mentioned my Christian faith". WTH, that means nothing. He made a slip and said muslim faith. Do I think we should make a big deal out of it, well FR can and it won't hurt one way or another, but without further proof that he is ideed a muslim I think McCain/Palin need to let it alone. The video will make the rounds and people will make up their mind one way or another.

I think bringing it to people's attention as a major verbal gaffe is a good idea, just one more foot in the mouth moment for the great orator.

The House is up for election this year. I am sure there are some Dems in conservative districts who won’t want to lose their seat over this.

One does not have to live by the sword to see it’s wise to arm yourself against unjust attacks.

I don’t see this as an attack on Obama’s character. It is what it is, the words are on tape. The viewer will have to decide if it is an innocent slip or something else.

I think it would be a mistake for McCain to use this, but to ask the rank and file to pretend an Obama gaffe never happened is silly.

For the record, McCain wasn’t my first choice, but he is the only realistic option when it comes to defeating Obama.

The problem is Stephy INCORRECTLY corrected him. Obambi was trying to say, in his oh so eloquent way, that John Mccain hasn't accused him of being a Muslim. That sentence came out of the great orators mouth as "my muslim faith". Stephy, hearing this and not knowing where Obambi was going with his thought (because really, who can follow him?), quickly corrected him with "Christian faith". Bambi wasn't even clear on what he was talking about so he takes Stephy's correction and incorrectly corrects himself. LOL! Got that?!

She analyzed his body language in the interview with O’Reilly and said, “This is really good, Bill, here he is trying to draw you closer to him” and later, “Here he just wants you to understand the point he is trying to make.” (not verbatim, but close.) And she described it, as if she was talking about a sweet little child. (I was waiting for the Awwwww.)

Earlier, she said that Sarah Palin (whom she admitted, she had never seen speak before) comes across as arrogant. Later in the conversation (after she reiterated “arrogant” for BOR), she pronounced Palin’s smile was “smug”.)

I am sure this clip would only get hearts and flowers from her.

Obama may not have simply slipped up and acknowledged a "Muslim faith", but what he actually said (er eh ... hemmed and hawed) may be worse.

I actually sent OReilly a letter about that segment. Tanya was reviewing the clip of McCain announcing Sarah as his running mate and they were discussing McCain's body language. She was talking about his 'fig leaf' stance with his hands clasped together in front of him. Both she and OReilly commented that he really should clasp them behind his back.

I wrote asking him if it ever occurred to either of them that mabye he CAN'T clasp his hands behind him (or that it would be an uncomfortable position) because of his injuries while a POW. I can't believe neither one of them thought of that.
