Clairity: “This was a convention to nominate McCain/Palin, and show Republican unity."
E. Cartman: "You mean just like the Nuremberg rallies?"”

Equating a Republican Convention with the Nazis just shows where your allegiance lies — with the Democtats.

(although I do have more confidence because he picked Palin ... so I think he's more open-minded than I previously thought).

He has it never occured to anyone that he picked a long shot like Palin because everyone else more qualified said "NO!" ?

If neither Walmart or Kmart have the product I am looking for; from which store should I buy the product? Should I buy the product from Kmart because it is close or should I tell one of the stores what I need and hope they get it in. Would you just buy a product that looked close to what you were looking for but was missing a needed element. Save your receipt.

No, just that because I'm a conservative doesn't mean I'm going to fall in lockstep behind a RINO like McCain.

You saw the video! Nice YR kids werent they.

Boy were THEY ever pissed.

I am recording it right now for good measure.

We have Freepers here who joined FR late in the GOP primaries this year only, in support of John McCain, trying to tell other Freepers such as myself, here for nearly 9 years, what to do and to get on the RINO express. sorry, (said to the FR newbies here) aint going to work so easily. there are some prerequisites we are dealing with here.

“Absolutely nothing more than McQueeg, but GOP officials will oppose an Obama amnesty. “

A lot of good that will do, when Congress is overwhelmingly dominated by Democrats. The Republicans will have no voice whatsoever.

Obama with the Dem Congress will mean that they can and will do anything they want, they will be UNSTOPPABLE.

This is not just a question about electing a president, it’s about WHETHER OR NOT TO TURN OVER TOTAL CONTROL OF THE US TO THE DEMOCRATS.

The McCain-Kennedy Immigration Reform Bill is not a pet issue. It is a MAJOR issue that McCain must address.

Conservatives had better wake up and realize that even if he has a new empress, the RINO emperor still has no clothes.

There’s a reason I’ve started to call it the Grand Old Politburo.

Excellent!

The choice is McCain/Palin vs. Obama/Biden. WHOM DO YOU SUPPORT?

There are many choices on the ballot. And each of us still has the freedom to vote for whom we choose, for better or for worse.

Are you telling us you prefer a DEM TAKEOVER of the nation, rather than a McCain/Palin presidency?

Is there a difference?

After all, McCain is still the presidential nominee, and he considered running on Kerry's ticket in 2004.

So now you are planning to vote for Obama?

No, I am going to vote for real conservatives, regardless of party affiliation.

. . . . .

As an aside, a wise old-timer here once told me that you can tell what motivates a Freeper by his or her first post.

I find it very telling that your first post way back in March, one week after joining FR, was pro-McCain. And now, you waltz in here and try to scare Freepers into supporting McCain...and even allege that one Freeper is a Democrat simply because he says something you disagree with.

You do realize that this is an independent conservative Web site and not a RINO watering hole, right?

I was at the GOP convention in Houston in 1992, and I remember that *nothing* held up was to be homemade or unauthorized.

Even the signs that look “homemade” are actually all created and approved in advance by others.

Obama’s ‘World Poverty Act’ amounts to sticking America with a tax that amounts $2500 for every man, woman and child in American, Americans are hurting desperately- and we’re ALREADY GIVING BILLIIONS TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES WHO HATE US!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PePbtEABzGk

My God! How this needs to get out to the voter!! MOST OF THEM DON’T KNOW ABOUT THIS!

And neither do they know that Obama went to Kenya to campaign for Odinga. Odinga, who claims to be Obama’s cousin, had a pact with the Muslims to force Islam on the country if elected. When he lost the election, he instigated a riot that caused the death of over 1000- with 50 people being burned alive when the Christian church they sought refuge in was burned to the ground.
The story:
http://www.themidnightsun.org/?p=1613
Photocopy of Odinga pact with Muslims:
http://eakenya.org/newsevents/article.htm?id=8

You just KNOW McCain and the Repubs won’t report this.
It’s up to US.
DON”T LET THIS DROP!

When Obama joined Wright’s black supramicist ‘church’, he vowed he would place ‘Mother Africa’ above all else. (See the church doctrine)
Have you really considered what might happen if he were elected president? He’s already said he’d stop the fighting in Dafur, gone to Kenya to campaign for his murderous Islam-backed cousin, Odinga, and stated that the U.S. should interfer in their elections.
Have you considered that we might be sending billions of dollars and thousands of troops to Africa to be slaughtered in that h*ll hole?

And how is that any different from McCain with a Democrat-controlled Congress?

The Republicans will have no voice whatsoever.

Oh, Republicans will have a voice. They will be singing the same tune as the Democrats.

The problem is that conservatives won't have one.

If The President is going to carry out leftist policies anyway, why should it matter if he's got an R after his name instead of a D????

Why do you GOP Kool-Aid drinkers think our anger and bitterness will be less knowing it's a member of The Grand Old Politburo instituting socialism in America instead of one of Teddy Kennedy's friends?
