Liberalism is a mental disorder. One of the defenses of disturbed individuals is to project the evils they themselves practice onto others.
They are simply upset because this selection of Palin totally defangs the effect of Ron Paul, who they’ve put so much energy into supporting and raising up.
Thank you. You understand how deeply he offends when he hurls “traitor” at McCain to simply disagree on a piece of legislation. I refuse to speak any longer to someone for whom this election is merely an intellectual pissing contest. Men have died for these ideas we fight for, and I cannot and will not contain my outrage at such careless and callous expressions.
Thank you again.
How is that relevant to this thread?
CNN is a huge reason why we are here.
Thank you, everyone, for making this a great thread today!
To the regulars, thanks as always. You know who you are so I won’t name names! But you are, as Phsstpok used to say, the Jedi Council of FR!!!
To the folks who reported, thank you so very much! I cannot get local tv broadcasts so I rely on your reporting (as do so many others) and today it was great! The mindset of the screaming faces (as Laz used to call them) is plain as day. Your words brought it to life.
To those budding and established political theorists I say bravo! You prove yourselves well here. Great job!
To those who came to argue and stir up trouble, well, so what? Do you really think you suceeded? Yawn. just another day on Free Republic dot com.
LOL. Nice try.
I wasn't a Paul supporter and last I checked he ran in the primary but is not a candidate in the general.
The answer is much more obvious... try reading my tagline, for starters.
They will always twist and turn any issue or situation for the Democrats and repeat their mantras into public consciousness. We can't win. All we can do is the right thing. And we are doing it.
Why don't you try pinging me when you're going to badmouth me instead of stabbing me in the back like Juan McQueeg?
Typical McCainiac. /snicker
Men have died for these ideas we fight for, and I cannot and will not contain my outrage at such careless and callous expressions.
Yes, men have fought and died so that we can have carbon cap-and-trade, extend amnesty to tens of millions of illegal aliens, and so that their posterity can bailout private corporations.
Thanks to useful idiots (traitors) like McCain, we already have rumors of illegals voting (illegally) in places like Fairfax County, Virginia.
McCain announcing suspension of the first day.
Sounds slow, but he is warming up.
Thanks for providing the thread as you always do AB
and as usual your words of wisdom.
I don’t get you folks... it is what it is.
Do you not see reality? Of course we had a lot of other folks on top and we know a lot of this election has been contrived on both sides.
Are you suggesting a coup or what?
Bump!
How are you relevant to this thread?
Of course. Its a perfect opportunity to "stop the oceans from rising".
I haven’t changed what I believe in. Have you?
I’ve never been a McCain fan, nor am I now. Having said that he is still the lesser of two evils. The addition of Sarah Palin, however, brings an opportunity for us to increase true conservative values by supporting her. And through her it has to be him.
