Be sure to READ THIS!!

New FTC Rule Could Apply To Pelosi

BEHOLD the Power of the People, and the Power of

Nancy: "most open, most honest, and most ethical Congress in history"

Nancy: "and Democrats promise to work together in a bi-partisan way for all Americans."

What is the truth about Nancy?

"Madam Speaker has a substantial amount of money invested in Clean Energy Fuels Corporation." dontgo

"T Boone Pickens runs CLNE, this is the company Nancy has invested in, and apparently, the push is Natural Gas, which is the focus of the $5 billion in Ca. tax money and $5 billion in fed money they are seeking."

From the same article:

"the investors in this ponzi scheme are banking on keeping the price of energy high, keeping the supply of domestic oil low on the basis of “environmental concerns”, and getting the government to invest BILLIONS in their plans, which will concentrate energy resources into fewer hands while making them all filthy rich."

"Only 20% of Americans now oppose offshore drilling.." Rasmussen

We have THREE DEMANDS for both the House AND the Senate! (call both House and Senate offices)

1) Congress MUST STOP PROTECTING Nancy's purse, get back to Washington, DC and vote on the American Energy Act!

2) Begin an IMMEDIATE investigation into CLNE, Pelosi, and other investors!

3) Demand that the Broadcaster Freedom Act be brought to the floor for a vote!

MELT THE LINES TODAY FOLKS!!!

As for the Gang of 10.

I had several conversations with these offices yesterday. They NEED to hear from us.

WE WANT THE BOEHNER BILL!

1) The House (Republican and Dem) has heard the people and know that this is the bill we want.

2) The Senate (this may be a surprise to some) actually represents the EXACT same people the House does! (amazing isn't it)

3) PREGO! yes, PREGO! It's in there! Boehner's Bill includes renewables, solar, wind, nuclear, AND drilling.

4) We don't want "something done" for the sake of "getting something done." WE WANT A SOLUTION!

5) If ANYTHING needs to added to the Boehner bill it is this, we need to allow drilling without interference of baseless lawsuits from anti-progress, anti-independence yahoos.

6) If BOEHNER'S BILL is not able to pass the Senate- then let the PEOPLE see that the Republicans offered solutions, and the Dems BAWKED!

7) If nothing gets passed-- well, the sunset on the congressional moretoreum will expire and then.......

LET THE DRILLING BEGIN!!!!!!!!!

Call the "Gang"

Lindsey Graham

John Thune

Saxby Chambliss

Bob Corker

Johnny Isakson

HERE is the House Bill

HERE is the "press release" from our "Gang"

No matter WHAT excuse or explanation they give you. You tell them- WE WANT THE HOUSE BILL- THERE IS NO NEED FOR GANGS! NONE! THIS IS WHAT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WANT!

Putin, the KGB master, is willing to go to war
and crush other countries in order to control oil.

The "useful idiots" in the Democrat party are willing to surrender
our oil to the Russians and Chinese Communists without a fight.

ya know— I am just AMAZED that even folks on “our side” have allowed themselves to fall into the establishment media/Dem?Pelosi trap.

They haven’t bothered to read Boehner’s bill and realize that alternative energy, etc is all in there!

sigh....

btw— we need to get Dana to go to DC with the House Repubs.... She can then say— “I was there”— Nancy was on a dying book tour, with sprinkled media interviews defending her investment with T-Boone Pickens.....

This is clearly a stalling tactic, because they know that if it went to a vote now, it would pass quickly and the President would sign it into law.

The Democrats plan is to allow it to come to another vote in future sessions, but they will load it with Earmarks and Pork that will make it impossible for a logical Conservative vote or for the President to sign.

As far as an investigation into Pelosi’s conflict of interest, forget it. The public does not care about such trivial matters nor do they pay attention. This case is a prime example of outright public apathy.

The polls have not changed in 2 weeks. The Democrats are clearly in the lead and will gain more seats in November.

I was glad to hear Hannity spend some time on the House Rebellion and the Gang of Ten Goons yesterday. Representative King [I think], the one Hannity interviewed, wants more pressure on democrats now.

I’m not the enemy.

But I’m pointing out, if Republicans for any reason allow ourselves to BECOME advocates for just oil (opposing other sources of energy in the process), then not only will liberals win big, but it will mean Republicans have put America’s interests second, to the financial interests of a small group of campaign donors.

There’s a name for that.

Opposing government restrictions and intervention in free enterprise is a core principle.

One of the House Reps pointed out that were it not for red tape, we could have oil online in a month.

In addition to the possible complications from the Georgia conflict, public schools accross the nation are opening and that means more fuel consumption; prices will start to increase even more in the coming weeks.

I really fear for those who heat with oil.

That’s simply not true. There are logistical and infrastructure issues that will delay the fastest drilling effort for at least a year before a drop of oil reaches any refinery. Some of these areas will take up to 5 years and even more, without any “red tape” what so ever.

I refer to these undeveloped fields of course. Proven fields with production equipment in place will take about 3 months to a year reach the refineries, after a well is drilled and prepared for production. (The very fastest it can be done if everything goes perfectly.)

“Opposing government restrictions and intervention in free enterprise is a core principle.”

-

We have differing priorities.

For this poster, America-first.

If it means subsidies, tarrifs and government intervention, so be it.

I understand, agree with and conditionally support your “anything for the free market” principles.

But when the rest of the world is taking us to the cleaners, as a nation. Then we need to start looking out for ourselves first.

We should have been doing that, all along.

Thanks for the info.

I completely agree with you.

I am guessing the ethics committee is run by libs who will do nothing about this.....sad to say.

Is there anything the Republicans can do to start the investigation?

I suppose we need to write more letters and make more calls letting them know we want something done about the conflict of interest and we want Pelosi removed.

I hear ya! Too many folks are not paying attention.

It would be GREAT if Dana Walsh could get to DC and be on the floor with the House Republicans!

I AM TICKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Folks— I have called several Congressmen about Nancy’s “Big T-Bone” connections.....non one can tell me if there has been any complaints filed with the ethics committee.

I called the Ethics Committee...they said they are aware of it, but are under disclosure rules and cannot comment on whether there is any investigation into it or not...

ALSO— we would NEVER even know if there is any investigation unless— they decide to form a committee on the issue.

At that point— WE, the people- you know - us little folks down here who’s money they take for their pay, and projects, etc-— yeah, us— WE, the people would not know anything until the investigation is over- and a report is filed.....

HOW NICE!!!!!!!!!!!

just friggin PRECIOUS!

PLZ folks— call and DEMAND this woman be investigated!

Dude— No one called you the enemy—

Republicans are NOT just for oil!

Just read the BILL —

I can tell you about it with one word—

PREGO!— (it’s in there!— this bill covers everything— solar, nuclear, wind, renewables, etc, etc, etc...)

I have gone through a lot of work to make sure that we all have all the facts... and provide them for you in the thread....

it would be kind of you to take advantage of that- instead of inferring that we are all just about big oil!

The problem with a tariff is that those costs would go back to us, the American consumer.

This country would come to a grinding halt if we could not import foreign oil. There is no way our domestic production would meet our daily needs. It would take years to do so even if we dropped everything and started drilling all the proposed areas immediately. Even with that, we would still fall short and have to import.
