No mention of an autograph surcharge in this article from the Ann Arbor News about Pelosi's Aug. 7 appearance at a Borders in Ann Arbor:

Fisher said the event will begin with a "conversation" led by a moderator. Pelosi will answer questions, then sign copies of her new book.

Photographs will not be allowed.

Borders will give out wristbands at 8 a.m. when the store opens on a first come, first serve basis. As yet, there is no limit. The wristband guarantees a place in line, but offers no guarantee you'll meet the author.
