McCain Proposes La Raza Town Hall
TOWNHALL ^ | Monday, June 16, 2008 | Amanda Carpenter

GOP presidential candidate John McCain is inviting his Democratic rival, Barack Obama, to participate in a joint town hall at an open-borders advocacy group’s upcoming meeting in California.

“There is a meeting in California of La Raza,” McCain told reporters at an Arlington press conference Monday. “Both of us have accepted invitations. I say that we have a town hall meeting together in front of La Raza. I think that the people will be far more informed and in some ways, entertained if we had that format.”

Gawd love ya. I am at the same spot as you. I just cannot vote for this guy.

Believe it or not, I give it thought, and then he speaks.

I just cannot do it. Me and my hubby are just two votes. We have come to the same conclusion.

Tanc does not have a background in world affairs and the person who has been in the lead on the border issues, against amnesty, and author of the major bills,ie the border fence, is Duncan Hunter, Tanc went along for the ride.

Watching Laura Ingraham’s new FOX program. She is great.
Sizzled more than a few liberals already and now interviewing Romney and Fred Thompson who are supporting McCain.

I hear ya. It will be interesting to see how vote totals go this year. It’s my opinion a good many Republican candidates and measures are going down to defeat thanks to Juan.

I’ll be voting, but I’ll bet there are a lot of people who are so disgusted by this mess that they sit this one out.

“Either he’s bi-polar or he’s pandering @ss.”

The man is a pandering political whore without an ounce of integrity. Consummate politician.

McCain takes the liberal position; Obama takes the marxist position.

We take it in the shorts.

The states can still stop it under the weight of the nut-job greenies.

Well, Florida, which has the most coastline in play here, certainly will, since both the RINO Governor and RINO Senator Martinez oppose drilling -- and the greenies love them.

You say he is OUR candidate. No, he is the GOP candidate. He is not a conservative, so he is not OUR candidate.

Can you understand that?

I do not vote for a liberal, as a conservative from either party. Why is that so hard to understand?

Somehow, everyone in the GOP thinks they are a conservative, hence the problem. I cannot vote for a liberal like McCain. He is not a person I would vote for.

The only thing we can do is e-mail this moron’s campaign and let him know we’re more than a bit hacked:

Let his handlers know you’re infuriated that he’s started this nonsense again. I already have.

I am really starting to wonder who is in charge of the GOP??? I seriously believe that this was planned from the get-go and financed by third pillar individuals. Think about it.

Tancredo passed a bill that outlawed sanctuary cities for illegals.

Tancredo is for deporting illegals and has battled for that for years.

Tancredo is also for limiting government, dismantling the Department of Education and taking the fight to the Muslims. I agree with everything he says.

I like how Tancredo silenced Huckabee in the debate when Huckabee was saying how all children should be taught music and arts in the government schools . Tancredo is the only one who told him it wasn’t the government’s job to do that.

I hope Tanc doesn’t quit and runs again.

Long live Tom Tancredo!

You would agree that Tancredo is better than the Marxists McCain or Obama?

I will check out Laura Ingraham’s new FOX show. I agree with you there : she is great.

Again, not a great fan of McCain but those who arn’t voting for him or sitting home -

there are some great sites and opportunities to work for Obama and can cheer when he pulls the troops out and the IslamOfascists over run not only the Middle East but get to watch wall to wall coverage for the next 9/11 if
it isn’t your city that his the one hit.

Cheer along when they ask to cash in your gun, when the Marxist of the 1960s and later help run the country
and cheer along when taxes are sky high.

When the black and brown extreamists not only have a seat at Obam’s table but at the head.

If you think there will be a next time to vote, you don’t know reality

I understand what he’s up to - he knows if the GOP offends the Hispanics, an essentially socially conservative voting block, that the GOP will be headed for permanent-minority party status. It’s the same demographic reality that drives his immigration policy. Practically speaking however, it’s pandering of the worst kind, to a rotten, anti-American racist organization. This is a demonstration of political calculation over principle, it’s very unflattering, and personally I find it disgusting. McCain makes it nearly impossible to support him...only Obama can do that.
