In this election we have very a clear choice to make.
A choice between Victory against Islamic Terrorism or surrender to our terrorist enemy.
A choice between free market capitalist economy or socialism.
A choice between constructionist judges or liberal judges who legislate from the bench.
A choice between Life for the unborn or abortion on demand going wild.
A choice between lower taxes or higher taxes.
A choice between small government or big government.
A choice between John McCain or Barack Obama.
Let us choose John McCain. A Patriot, a war hero, and would be an excellent President.
God Bless America and our brave troops.
Exactly. I'm struggling to decide if this country can survive 4 years of Obama and still be salvageable. Once I have the answer to that, I'll decide if I'm voting for McCain or one of the other conservative choices.
If you look, I realized my error and apologized for mixing Giuliani and McCain on this. Sorry to post something incorrect.
I can site pages of legislation that your hero has authored or supported over his entire career that fall right in line with the Democrat agenda.
But I think you have heard all of that before and still fail to recognize it for what it is.
Even Benedict Arnold was an American War Hero at one time, but that still does not cancel our the fact that he betrayed his own kind. And that certainly does not cancel out what he did after his past heroic service. Much like McCain.
Yeah, that's really brilliant. Persuade people to vote for your guy by insulting them.
That’s your biggest problem. You have to cherry pick in order to find any thing hopeful about your candidate. Just look at the nationals, in this early stage, and imagine how it will turn out in October under that massive MSM SAM barrage. Chances are, McNasty will wind up in the lake once again.
The RNC does not care about the votes of conservatives. Just a couple of days ago, the head of the RNC was crowing that 90% of Republicans have rallied behind McCain, and now they're going after independents and Hillary's women voters.
Sidenote: not one McCain supporter has taken issue with my tagline, and that's unusual. McCain supporters always have a reason to take issue with conservatives.
If McCain gets support, then the next time around, the backlash against republicans and “conservatives” (even though he’s not really one) will be so great, you’ll get an even stronger liberal candidate in there...one who has a very strong mandate and likely even larger Congressional leads.
I have come to the conclusion that McCain supporters are not really Conservative, they are Republican. (No comparison)
They aren’t exactly spineless either, they attack us like the RNC has. They will get the thanks they deserve in November.
My change of mind has nothing to do with party loyalty, Orbasma's skin pigmentation, or anything other than trying to prevent what I believe will be an unmitigated disaster that we will never be able to recover from. Yes, I agree that McCain is one of the worst choices the Republican primary voters could have made, only Giuliani would have been worse IMO, and they made it at the most inopportune time possible. But when I compare McCain to the Orbasma and his fanatical cult-like followers I can't justify sitting out the election or not doing whatever little bit I can in any way to keep an Orbasma nightmare from becoming reality, even if it means voting for merely a bad dream to prevent experiencing a full blown nightmare.
This country survived Warren G. Harding and Bill Clinton. It will survive Barack Obama. Here's a few reasons for my view:
1. The Constitution of the United States.
2. Our military has by far the most combat experience, and greatest lethality, of any military on the planet.
3. Millions of weapons in the hands of private citizens.
The collective brilliance of the Founding Fathers amazes me more every day: second amendment, tenth amendment, electoral college, to name a few of my favorites.
To compare the current leadership in DC to our Founding Fathers is like comparing "Piss Christ" to Rembrandt's "Night Watch", or Michelangelo's work in the Sistene Chapel.
...while blaming us for McCain's defeat.
Okay. I didn't see it. My apologies.
Thanks,

What most McCainiacs fail to realize is, the very word Republican has become a bad word in America, associated with massive corruption, pollution, war and economic disaster.
Even if all of us, every swinging Johnson were to go to the polls for McCain, we will still lose. We are greatly outnumbered like in ‘06.
Too many brainwashed Americans who have never voted, or have a clue how to, will vote Democrat this year. Follow the primary results and the money coming into the party treasury if you can’t see reality for what it is.
We need to learn to outsmart them and unite the party again, for future elections. Not gloat or push Conservatives out, just accept the fact that this one has probably already been lost.
I disagree. If we lose this battle there may not be another one.
I don't think many of you realize what we are up against in this election or the seriousness of the threat Orbasma represents, but I am not going to allow myself to indulge my grudge by sitting out the election in a meaningless protest against the poor judgment of the primary voters.
“I can site pages of legislation that your hero has authored or supported over his entire career that fall right in line with the Democrat agenda.”
And I can site pages of legislation, supported by McCain, that fall right in line with a conservative agneda. But I bet you can’t cite pages of legislation that show Obama is better on any issue than McCain is. And since those are the only two candidates that have a chance of winning, I think the decision is quite clear.
He has also lived in a free country, yet has at too many opportunities determined to limit freedoms. You think he would know better, but he doesn't seem to...
Sane people have the same response you have re that lapse in sanity. The insane ones feel that helping getting the Clintoons elected was the greatest thing they ever did in life, and they look forward to doing the same with Hussein ObamaMessiaHamas.
“Thats your biggest problem. You have to cherry pick in order to find any thing hopeful about your candidate.”
Not cherry picking. Obama still managed to loose states even when Hillary stood no chance. More and more people are becoming wary of Obama and his Farakahn Fan Club.
