I’m sure somewhere in this flick Stone will have a scene showing the passage of the Hussein removal bill by the Clinton administration. Complete with the agreement by all the world’s intelligence agencies about Hussein’s wmds. (smirk)

Just boycott it and refuse to let your kids see it when it starts to make the public school rounds. Get a copy of the Hatch letter and send it into the Schools the second the movie is released.

Another Hollyweird movie which will fail big time. Does Hollyweird have any money-making films other than cartoons and comic book heros?

“World Trade Center” was quite good.

Jim Garrison portrayed Supreme Court Chief Justice Earl Warren in “JFK.”

Anyone who goes to a Hollywood movie expecting it to be factually and historically accurate needs to take a course in media literacy.

His arrest during college for tearing down the goalposts at a football game.

Why does this make me like him more, hehe.

Seriously, I have said before on here... A friend from Oz once said “Bush is a cowboy” and I had to explain that here in America we LIKE cowboys and that isn’t an insult.

Another B.O. bomb from Oliver Stoned. The only people dumber than the people who pay to see this crap are the ones who finance it.

I wonder what the chances are this will be magically released just before election ‘08.

I’d like to Martin Scorsese make a “conspiracy theory” movie about the life of Oliver Stone. Let’s face it, anytime some goofy, lib director makes a movie about a conservative it’s a propaganda, hit-piece. This movie should be almost as successful as his dreadful film, Alexander. I’ll be skipping this one.

Wasn’t planning to see Stone’s movie (I’ve only seen one and it was crapola!), but now I’m DEFINITELY not going to see another one of his crapola films.

One, Bush is on his way out.

Two, Stone has been a lefty weirdo for so long he can only speak to those people.

I bet this film tanks.

I haven’t watched it. You are probably right and I don’t seek to desparage anyone involved. I will say that I have an aversion to Hollywood producing something on the subject. Hollywood is so diseased. I can’t bring myself to have anything to do with something they produced on this subject. It would lend them an air of legitimacy, something I won’t do these days. I know 09/11 was tough on a lot of people. I have read the news reports. I respect and empathize, but I don’t feel the need to see a Hollywood rehash. Even at best, I would consider it an attempt to make a buck off the pain of others.

Thanks for the reprimand. I sure needed it for thinking that Hollywood should be held to a higher standard.

“Between Michael Moore and this clown, I’ve seen about 1/4 of one movie of theirs. That’s all I could stomach.”

That’s better than I’ve done. I don’t think I have ever seen anything that either of them produced. Warnings about the film being a bomb always warned me off first.

When Moore first started out, I did find his Roger N Me to be rather funny. I didn’t take it too serious, but it did look like he had a few good points about Roger.

After that it became appearant that he was just a rabid leftist throwing mud up against the wall to see how much he could get to stick. I’ve got no use for trash like that.
