I count Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace among the fairest and most incisive interviewers in the business, and hope his tenure at Fox News is a long one. Anyone who can relentlessly cross-exam Mitt Romney on his changed position on abortion the way Wallace did a while back, then turn around and provoke Bill Clinton to near the point of taking a poke at him, is doing his job and playing no favorites. But should Wallace ever wish a change of venue, never fear: MSNBC apparently can find a place for him.
Wallace made some news when, appearing on this past Friday's Fox & Friends, he criticized the hosts for dwelling longer than Chris thought appropriate on Obama's comment that his grandmother was a "typical white person."
On this evening's Hardball, Chris Matthews devoted a segment to the exchange. Eugene Robinson, the affable WaPo columnist and MSNBC political analyst, suggested that refuge awaited Wallace should he need it.

Chris Wallace offered political asylum on Hardball ping to Today show list.
Chris Matthews = typical MSM liberal suck-up.
Wallace is smart enough to know that msnbc is a dying entity, whereas Fox (or more appropriately, it’s parent company News Corp) is the place to be.
get Mika in there to put Chrissy in his place
I predict Wallace is gone from fox by Oct 1st.
LOL!
Because of his remarks on Fox & Friends or for other reasons?
I’d say given those remarks on Fox & Friends (and I saw it live) that there are other reasons that we haven’t heard about as well. Just a guess.
I like Chris Wallace. He’ll have an excellent, long-lived career mopping up after his Daddy (Mike Wallace.)
“Clean up in Aisle Five. Bring the BIG bucket!” LOL!
Who will decide: Fox or Wallace?
MSNBC? Might as well put him on a milk carton.
Wallace is like many in the media. They start believing their own egos. He came across like a pompous arse last week. But he has scored some points with the elitist race-guilted leftists.
I would’nt squirt water in Wallaces’ ear if his brain was on fire.........
I had been listening before Chris delivered his criticism and he obviously had missed some of the show..I do think Wallace can be balanced and give it to both sides..but I really thought he went too far with his critique. He came off as unfair to Fox and Friends.
I thought Wallace was arrogant and out of line. This was a legitimate discussion. Seemed he was trying to score points with the left and with Obama.
Oh Wallace will probably leave. Like Kiran Gentry did. He’ll leave, but it will be because Fox wrote him out of what he wanted.
And I guess the thing that bothered me most was him allowing Bill Clinton to poke his bony finger on his knee. I would have pushed that hand away and told him no touching.
But then I have some guy tendencies.
I’m neither here nor there when it comes to Chris Wallace, but he didn’t provoke Clinton. The rapist did exactly what he planned to do, and it provided Democrats with the opportunity to assail Fox news and send a message to any news agency not planning to kowtow to Hillary and the DNC. Democrats are afraid of Fox and any news source they don’t completely manipulate.
Chris Wallace In the Tank For Obama?

Chris Wallace really went after the Fox and Friends crew this morning for spending a too much time discussing Obama’s just a typical white person remark. He needs to move over to MSNBC.
