Basically we've got an unelected group of people who have taken control of a large segment of the Economy (And our own personal Economic lives) without any supervision or accountability. This to me is very bad news yet everyone is so happy and extolling the genius of the Fed.

The fact is these Wizards are ponying up ever more Dollars to stem the tide of the Market, something history should tell them is impossible. The cost will be paid somewhere and these thieves want to shift it onto the Tax Payer and those who actually save, in the form of lower interest rates, and those who hold Dollar Investments, in the form of devalued currency.

The thing here, the Dems have to get rid of an unelectable Barack Hussein and put up the Hill, and to do so in a way that keeps the African-Americans so supportive of the Dems through the years, HAPPY!

Some form of reparations.

why would she still stay in...?

Because she's a Clinton.

And you would do well to never forget or diminish that fact.

And besides when it gets to the convemtion with BHO leading in delegates, and Hillary wins the nomination with the superdelegates then not only is there a fractured party, but Operation Chaos will have been an ultimate success!

Nope, I’m a Catholic.

Which brings up another matter weighing heavy on my mind and it’s a true story.

oncit upon a time I was a sweet little liberal lass. yes I was, pretty, intelligent, educated. I burnt my country’s flag and ranted against capitalism as the biggest evil since Lucifer.

As is the case with the libs, and I know them folks, yes I do, I took issue with my religion and if you don’t think liberalism and adherence to its stupidity can damage your life, think again.

For when I had a child I was so darn liberal I decided I would NOT baptize the child Catholic. I had issues with the Catholic church, yes I did. Well hey, we all have issues with the Catholic church at some point in our lives if we are thinking people. But when you’re a liberal you don’t like religion in general and, in fact, my Philosophy term paper’s title is “Why I Am an Athiest”. I still got it! Wrote it when I was 25 years of age (now am 58). when I chance to read it I want to cry.

But I was so damn open-minded that my brains fell completely out and I raised my one and only child in NO religion. “Let her choose her own religion if she wants one,” I would tell folks so proudly, my fine, open-minded self.

Now I am back with my faith from birth and my daughter, well she’s now 30 years old and for now anyway, she HAS a religion but for the longest time, nothing, nada. I failed her in that respect. children should be raised in a faith and parents should see to it that they get it. Except for Obama and his little girls who should never be exposed to his church’s hatred and vitriol.

So my daughter tells me she’s taking Kaitlyn, my granddaughter, to her church and I know I will never, ever know the joy of going to mass with my entire family. Oh I take Kaitlyn when she comes to visit, yes I do and I’m very serious about it, making sure she goes to Sunday school, teaching her about Jesus, showing her the sign of the cross. Well I can only make up to my granddaughter what my liberalism stole from my daughter.

Perhaps it was because I was taking Kaitlyn to church so much that my daughter went and found herself a church but that’s fine, that’s fine. So long as Kaitlyn is raised in a good religion where she learns the bible and love of Jesus. Which does seem to be happening to kudos to my daughter. Who I told how stupid I had been by the way and give her credit, she’s not making the same mistake with her own child.

But daughter doesn’t like the Catholic church and that’s her right. After all, my fine, liberal young self opted to allow her to pic her own church. I’m lucky that she even picked one at all but I will forever have lost something precious.

Which is why I despise liberals and want to slap every one of them silly.

It looks so natural, no one can tell, just for men gel!"

You know, you'd really have to be idiot not to tell. I mean, come on, one day it's gray or white, the next day it's black? Imagine saying, "Bill, didn't your beard used to be gray? What happened? It's a miracle!"

first, my assumption is that Obama is unelectable... I understand that right now the polls are over the place but generally, they're going down for Obama. This could be temporary if Obama can change the subject and just tween you and I, passport files and a bearded Governor Richardson ain't gonna do it.

I don't assume that at all. Obama is electable when running against McCain, also a flawed candidate. Obama has an energized base, loads of money, a fawning MSM, and public opinion when it comes to issues like the war and the economy.

White people, like it or not, are STILL the majority in this country and few of them, shoot me, are going to pull the lever for this man and his perceived, at best mistrust of white people, at worst, his outright hatred of white people, including his grandmother.

The Dems, white and black, will unite behind Obama given the alternative, i.e., a third Bush term in the guise of McCain.

The bigger debate here, as I see it, is whether or not Barack is so damaged as to be unelectable. Because I simply will not buy for one second that if he is unelectable that the Dems will nominate him anyway.

If the Dems steal the nomination from the black guy, the one with the most pledged delegates won thru the ballot box, they risk alienating their most loyal constituency, not only for this race but for many more to come. Blacks may not vote Rep, but their turnout will decrease. One-third of registered Dems are minorities and that number is increasing. They are the future of the party. By 2050 29% of the US population will be Hispanic and 47% non-Hispanic whites.

The debate over electability must be placed in that context. We are not talking just about this election but future ones. A black Dem nominee will go a long way towards ensuring that the Reps become the permanent minority party. As crass as it might sound, the Dems can afford to lose this election in order to win future ones. A McCain amnesty will be the final nail in the coffin of the Rep party.

Hume:

Obama not the post-racial candidate he seemed to be.

Obama didn't even speak privately to his pastor about the pastor's comments.

Bingo!

Obama has found the strength to jet all over the country and speak through a microphone to crowds of strangers.

Obama couldn't find the strength to tap Wright on the shoulder and whisper into Wright's ear that he was scandalizing children.

The reason I’d disagree is due to the caveat you mentioned. If, and that’s a big IF, they can get Obama to agree to step down, maybe, but I don’t think he will. And doesn’t a major Clintonista like Richardson jumping ship tell you that that very tactic isn’t going to work?

Things are happening between the campaign powers-that-be and dem leaders that aren’t in the press. I think Richardson’s move is very telling as to what’s occuring far below the conventional radar.

Great story Fish, and yes you were a victim of Liberalism/atheism. What a hollow and empty life.

Jesus found me when I was 25 and it saved me in more ways than I can count. I have raised my son as a Christian and gave him to God when he was born.

He has a deeper faith than I do and is going to do a missions trip to Nicaragua this summer doing a puppet show in spanish. God is Good and Christ has Risen for all of us. He brings a New Beginning.

Pray for W and Our Victorious Troops
