Didn't see one poted yet, and Early exit polling is already out.

Let's all watch and enjoy as the Democrats continue to rip each others throats out!

That's Mike's liberal side you're seeing.

If I knew who that lady was...the one who sold her gold wedding band on ebay to give to his campaign...I swear to God, I'd buy her another.

I just returned from the Precinct 207 caucus in Williamson County, Texas. This should give you an idea of how it went.

Top 10 things overheard at the Precinct 207 caucus:

10. Does the coke machine take food-stamps?
9. I am voting for Monica Lewinsky's ex-boyfriends wife.
8. I know he doesn't say anything, but he says it soooo well.
7. Excuse me, can you sign this so I can prove to my parole office that I was here.
6. If we weren't such a-holes, the muslims would love us.
5. It's Bush's fault!
4. Why stop at health care? Why not free auto insurance as well?
3. If I hadn't aborted her, my daughter would be about your age.
2. I am just here for the welfare.

And the number one thing overheard at the precinct 207 caucus...

1. Which one of you wants to pay for my rectal exam?

If she wins in TX, it will be by a very small amount and she may very well receive less delegates than Obama. It may be a moral victory, but Hillary will still be about 150 delegates behind Obama in pledged delegates. She need big, double digit wins tonight. She didn’t get them.

Being true to our principles and supporting Juan McStain are mutually exclusive. To those of us who are conservative, anyway.

Selling out to the Global Warming conmen, closing Guantanamo, opposing tax cuts, inhibiting free speech, banning the waterboarding of terrorists, opposing ANWR drilling....sorry, those “principles” aren’t MY principles.

Juan McStain can kiss my rosy red posterior.

Hank

I vaguely remember him being a poster here and that he went to the ball in D.C.a few years back. Why the negative feelings for him here now? Hasn’t he always been a moderate in some areas?

No, I'd say more like a battered wife finally ditching her abusive husband and looking for a HEALTHY relationship.

No not even close.

It wasn't the party itself, it was the voters including the most conservative voters in the country who gave us our poor Republican nominee.

Moving to another party is as pointless as as switching to a new brand of laundry detergent based on some empty TV commercial.

Yeah I know if feels good though, like a new brand of soap.

Exactly. I think what is most needed now is (behind the scenes) quiet respectful negotiations from several of the leading real conservatives in the country, talking with John McCain in a respectful way to get him onboard..... say look, Mr. Nominee, THESE are the things that we must have to support your candidacy and to bring enough conservatives onboard. You want us to work and come out for your candidacy, we need a conservative platform that you are truly committed to. Create a new “Contract with America” that enough of us can really support.

Look, John McCain wants to win, and if the right program is put to him in the right way, without smearing him in public or disrespecting the man, I still think there could be a chance for a better ticket and platform. We need need a real conservative VP choice plus a party platform that is reasonably conservative and that McCain really commits to in every way. That’s the only hope to unite the party enough to win, and the only hope to actually get some good things done in the next 4-8 years.

The alternatives are various forms of disaster.

If we keep having winters like the one we had this year global warming will fade into the past.

The best hope is an obstructionist GOP senate. That MAY happen with HC or BO, but not with McCain

Bears repeating.
I hope that we can staunch the losses on the downticket.

He will be very important to McCain’s coattails. Very.

Oh I don't doubt that he'll be riding on those coattails. ;)
