Didn't see one poted yet, and Early exit polling is already out.
Let's all watch and enjoy as the Democrats continue to rip each others throats out!
“Ive asked this several times today (and havent gotten an answer yet): are ANY of these states winner take all for either party?”
Texas Democrats: 65% of delegates are awarded by state senatorial district. Then, they caucus by precinct at 7:15pm tonight and vote again for the presidential candidates and call their numbers into the Democrat county chairman who then calls the numbers in to the state Democrat Party and they use a formula to determine which candidate gets the 35%.
Yes, it’s a dumb Democrat way to do this, but they are dumb anyway, so what can you expect?
Well done.
ping for future.

My prediction: “He Who Cannot Be Named” will win two states.
Hillary Clinton will win big tonight in Texas and Ohio. She will now have leverage to force runoffs in Michigan and Florida and she will overtake Obama with Delegates. The SuperDelegates will flock to Hillary.
Thank you morons Rush Limbaugh,Ingraham, and Hannity.
You underestimated the witch and now you will get 8 years of Clintons in the WH...total morons.
Just voted in Dayton, OH - rain and light turnout in a pubbie district. Almost switched and voted for a rat but couldn’t do it.
Nice.
Obama? Yo’ Momma!
Are we there yet? Are we there yet?

Anybody know when the polls close?

Kinda getting way, way, way ahead of yourself there, don’t you think?
7:30 I think.
I’m off to go vote now.

Be back to FReep later.
From my county election home page in TX.
No, no, no Dog. It’s “BE the chaos” ;) :)
This should be an interesting night, eh?
If you voted Dem, then you are eligible to go to the caucus too after the polls close at your precinct.
Delegates are proportional for Repubs and Dems and the Dems further split delegates by the popular vote and the caucus.
If you crossover as a Republican for example, and one of the Repub candidates down ticket have a tie or need a revote, you cannot cross back over for that vote.
Again, there is no caucus for Repubs.
“Are we there yet? Are we there yet?”
To my knowledge, the Democrats haven’t done this in many years since the Dem candidate was already determined by the time Texas came around. I suspect that process will be a mess tonight.
Agreed. If we can get Clinton down for the fall, do it now. If she rises, with McCain a weak candidate, here comes Bill and Hill again.
An Obama win for the nomination is an almost sure win for the GOP, even though, sigh, that means McPain. The Clinton fans won’t like Obama, Bill and Hill will want him defeated for their 2012 run, and the Establishment—whoever they are, heh heh—will not want Obama to win in November. All signs point to the GOP if Obama is the nominee.
Step one, defeat the Clinton Machine as soon as possible.
