I live in Ohio and am in a bit of a quandry. I do not care very much for McCain, but will probably hold my nose and vote for him in November if he chooses a true conservative as a running mate.
The fact that I hate Hillary and Obama is without question.
My quandry is this: McCain has the Republican nomination, so I'm thinking about voting for Hillary to help keep her in the race. From my perspective, keeping her in the race will severely damage the dimmocrap party for months to come.
It may also lead to Obama supporters staying home in November if she wins the dimmocrap nod.
The problem is, if she wins, I will not be able to sleep for four years.
At first I was thinking you should vote for her to keep the divide in the democRAT party for a little longer.
But then, I remembered what I’ve been saying for years: The person who ends up getting elected is the person who has the most name recognition when the less intelligent voters go into the booth. Right now, both she and Obama are getting a LOT of free publicity. This has got to stop soon. If the RAT primary race continues, the publicity continues. So vote for one of the remaining Republicans, if you can stand to.
“Screwing up someone else’s primary is an immoral opposition tactic.”
Agree.
say a prayer and vote for Hillary
Don’t take the chance. Put a political stake in the witch while you still can.
You have the vampire in your sights and only one silver bullet in your guy...of course you fire it!
Never. Kill the witch now and forever.
GO, HILLARY, GO!
You have a stronger stomach than I do. I couldn’t imagine trying to vote in a Dimmicrat primary.
Vote for Hillary. She’s more beatable than Obama.
I tell people who are in position to vote in Ohio and texas: vote for the democrat you think will result in the situation that will hurt them the most. I can’t say who that is...I trust the market of anti-democrat voters will result in the worst candidate for their chances.
I will say this. Dress as ‘conservative’ as possible. George Bush hat, http://www.thoseshirts.com etc
otherwise...if in Ohio, dress like a CEO and not like a blue collar democrat. Wear a cowboy hat in texas.
If the democrat who loses realizes that it was because of republicans trying to sabotage the vote, they will challenge the primary results and drive themselves crazy.
That'll show 'em!
(Politically speaking....)
Surely you omitted your sarcasm tag!
When Wisconsin had their primaries on February 19th, I held my nose and voted for Hillary. I will vote for John McCain in November. The reason why I voted for Hillary in the primaries is because Wisconsin has open primaries and I wanted to see Obama and Hillary slug this nomination out as long as possible and go into the general election as divided and broke as I can make it. I personally know of 25 people that did the same. It wasn’t as painful as I thought because I know my principles lay with the Republican party.
I am in the same situation (as an Ohio voter), yet I was considering getting a Rat ballot so I could vote for Barry O’ just to make sure Hillary does not rise from the dead. I finally came to my senses and will vote for McCain on the Republican ballot so I can keep my 24 year voting record clear of ever having voted for a Democrat.
Interesting info:

“Although voters who are not already registered as a Democrat are entitled to switch registration in the primary, Ohio law permits pollworkers to challenge a voters sincerity in switching. The challenged voter then must sign a statement under penalty of election falsification that he or she supports the principles of the Democratic Party. (Ohio Revised Code § 3513.20.) It seems unlikely that this provision of Ohio law will be enforced aggressively, but in some localities it may cause an increase in Ohios already high rate of provisional votingsince the pollworkers can require any challenged voter to vote provisionally (and any voter who refuses to sign the specified statement must do so).”
It’s a big risk to have her as the nominee as they WILL steal the election. There will be fraud like you wouldn’t believe in order to give her the crown. I’d be willing to bet on it.
Clinton is able and willing to cheat. They have also been doing oppo research on McCain for at least four years.
IF she has her eye on 2012 she WILL sabotage an Obama campaign.
Hillary would “know what to do on day one”, consolidate her operations and pull up 9,000 FBI files. She knows how the place works. At least Obama would have to learn the ropes before destroying the country.
Vote in the Repub primary, or vote Obama. Do NOT vote for a Clinton. When you have your foot on the head of a snake, especially a sociopathic snake, you must crush.
I’m splitting with Rush here....but, NO! Do not vote for Mrs. Clinton. If you’ve chosen to vote “Dimm”...then vote for Obama.
If Hillary wins “Super Tuesday II”, or any part of it, contrary to conventional wisdom, there will NOT be a rift in the Dimm party, and Mrs. Clinton WILL be the nominee.
If she is the nominee, our race is much tougher.
I report, you decide. ;^)
Never vote for evil.
