Barack Obama’s campaign is expressing outrage at a new photo attributed to Clinton campaign sources that depicts the Democratic presidential candidate dressed in Somali garb.
The picture, which appeared at the top of Monday’s Drudge Report, says Clinton staffers circulated the 2006 photo over the weekend. It shows the Illinois senator fitted as a Somali elder, during his visit to northeastern Kenya that was part of a five-country tour of Africa.
“On the very day that Senator Clinton is giving a speech about restoring respect for America in the world, her campaign has engaged in the most shameful, offensive fear-mongering we’ve seen from either party in this election,” Obama campaign manager David Plouffe said.
“This is part of a disturbing pattern that led her county chairs to resign in Iowa, her campaign chairman to resign in New Hampshire, and it’s exactly the kind of divisive politics that turns away Americans of all parties and diminishes respect for America in the world,” Plouffe continued.
According to Drudge, the unnamed Clinton campaign staffer said: “Wouldn’t we be seeing this on the cover of every magazine if it were HRC,” short-hand for the candidate, Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Shown the photo by reporters, Bill Clinton’s press secretary said the candidate’s spouse will not have any reaction.

Slim to none. What votes he will get will come from Hillary and some from McCain cause not all dems were going to vote for either one of their candidates. Some would have voted McCain if Dingleberry hadn’t gotten in.

Hillarys speech is getting play. I laughed when I saw it.If Obamas squealing its because it works.
I guess its people like us who are supposed to do the hard work of spreading the news and trying to get people to listen. Sometimes I think its just too hard but then I think what our ancesters went through for America and I guess I’ll keep on working and telling people.
I have that saved and I insert it into every thread I can. Someone said the Net is being scrubbed of everything negative about Obama so I am saving everything I can.

not one obama voter when asked know anything about this fella, it really is astonishing that so many have been duped into voting for this man, when you look at the facts about him then he really is a threat to this country
how on earth can a man or woman say they won’t wear the badge/pin of their country, pledges his allegiance to africa, goes to a raqcist so called church(not really a church) won’t put his hand on his heart or salure the flag of their country, and still he gets votes

if I was on clintons staff I would say publically that the media have not looked into his voting record, the people do not know what they are voting for because of lack of information and I most certainly would bring issues up like his not wanting to salute the flag or why he pledges his heart to africa and not america

I would tell clinton that you might not like me or my husband, you might not agree with my views but I do love my country and always have done

I came to this country the legal way I might add, and when I could vote I did my research for the parties and the people running

this is exactly the reason why everyone should be asked at least 3 questions on the canidates before they vote so at least they know where the canidates stand
