I have wanted Boehner to run for president for YEARS. In fact I wanted it to be the Boehner/Bush ticket in 2000 and 2004. Or the Bush/Bohner ticket. But it doesn’t sound good when you say it. Sounds naughty. But maybe that is just me.

Absolutely! He can call a special session of congress and congress is obliged by the constitution to stay in session as he directs. No president has done this since Truman.
