I don’t know if they’re acting like
children, but you can sure barely
fill a thimble with the paltry
leadership from the RNC. They’re
abyssmal! It’s a testosterone-free
zone.

The last person JFK wanted for VP was Johnson - they hated each other. But JFK was told Johnson was it. Can you imagine some RNC official trying to tell John McCain that Romney was his veep, and that he had no choice in the matter? I don't think that would work out quite the way it did with JFK. They don't call him McNasty for nothing.

I'm not being sarcastic at all, it's just not computing.
It doesn't compute because it's a baseless conspiracy theory on the level of Loose Change.

I dont think youre overthinking, just commenting on the vicious posts that have been posted. And there have been some doozies You guys are just suffering from some type of battered RINO syndrome. Get some counseling. Conservatives wouldn't speak ill of a public serpent who doesn't just reach out across the aisle but rather walk across the aisle and bear hug liberals. We're still waiting for the left to even extend a hand to any initiative that looks conservative or doesn't involves Gubmint.
Nobody here would ever post something obscene or inflamatory like this....
What kind of a-hole would post something like that.

“The folks who believe in the latter approach are not taking that path out of petulance theyre doing what they believe is the best thing for our country.”
Again....one must consider the unintended consequences of such action. I participated in just such a political venture and 8 years of Clinton (the pulsating President) took a toll on this country that we are still suffering from (3,000 innocent victims and how many military souls & wounded?) and will CONTINUE to suffer from for many years to come. We sat home in ‘06 and lost the House & Senate.
People need to quit emoting and begin thinking.....

But then, I wonder how Rudy would part with all those global security contract dollars.Heh. He'd probably just sell himself billions in US (and US allied) security contracts, probably using one of his many morally upright friends as a false front. :)
/not sure whether or not that's sarcasm

Don’t know if there is any point in repeating this, but Fred said from the beginning that he would support the GOP candidate in the general election. We are effectively in the general election campaign and McCain is the GOP candidate. As a man of honor Fred sticks to his word and supports that candidate. All professional Republican politicians are doing the same. That is how politics works in this country. Read some history!

Well, they’ll all pop up supporting someone else. When your candidate drops out you’ve gotta pick another. :D
