As far as voting for McCain goes, just say NO.

I don’t buy it, Senator. You don’t get my vote.

There simply was nothing wrong with the speech, it was quite good and McCain hopefully reminded conservatives he disagrees with the democrats on a slew of monumental issues.

I'll be voting for McCain in November, but can we please agree that those who decide they cannot vote McCain should be respected for their decision as well?

Nothing wrong with the speech. It was the person delivering it that I have a problem with.
Vote NO on McCain

I was wondering if he would even bring up the BORDER. Here at CPAC he promised to “secure” it but did not mention the fence or specifics. Hhmmmm

Why are they having these speeches during daytime? Don’t guys at CPAC have real jobs? LOL!
I hope they show the speech in its entirety on C-Span or Fox in the evening.
Its just after lunch time on West Coast, so we didn’t get to hear it live.

Not a word about McCain-Feingold or global warming, but at least he acknowleges the unpopularity of his favoring of illegal aliens over American citizens.
Here are the Senators who voted against the Cornyn amendment , which would have established a permanent bar for gang members, terrorists, and other criminals looking to snag a shamnesty visa. Republicans underlined:
Never forget McCain not only pushed the amnesty bill, he refused to allow exclusions for the worst of the lot. And he unloaded his infamous temper on his mild-mannered senate colleague for having the audacity to introduce this amendment.

the proper object of justice and the rule of law in our country is not to aggregate power to the state but to protect the liberty and property of its citizensMcCain/Feingold.

I think the speech is a single, far from a home run or even a triple. But, he did get on base.
But, not nearly enough to get my vote.

Thank you for inviting me. Your campaign asked for you to be invited to CPAC, Juan.
It's been a little while since I've had the honor of addressing you...
That's because you turned down several invitations to speak to CPAC, Juan. You only showed up this time because you finally realized that you won't be able to coast into office with just the support of Democrats and Independents.
That said, kiss my conservative arse. I don't vote for liberal liars like you, Mr. Juan McAmnesty.
