The good news about this primary season is the pro abortion rights, pro gay rights, pro illegal alien rights, anti gun rights Rudy Giuliani was soundly rejected by the Republican primary voters!
Hurrah!
As Rudy was being actively promoted by the mass media and the liberal/moderate wing of the Republican party and for many months was billed as the so-called GOP "front runner," this was a great victory for the pro life and liberty conservative wing of the party!
Hurrah!
At least the previously {cough} pro abortion former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney was politically astute enough to realize that a pro abortion candidate cannot win the Republican nomination, so, wisely, some say cunningly, adjusted his core bedrock principles accordingly.
Thank God!
Vote as if your life depends upon it!
It does.
Vote to secure the Blessings of Life and Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity!
Bump.
I voted Alan Keyes as a matter of conscience. I know he can’t win, but I have a hard time voting for RINOs.
The problem is , he then endorsed Mcain which is going to hurt the conservative causes,

FWIW
Amen, Jim
That is good news.
Through a lot of last year Rudy was somehow in the lead for the nomination.
Now if the remaining 4 could also lose, we’d be ready to start over!
I'm afraid we're in for a very ugly 4 years.
Maybe then...
Win or lose I’ll continue to fight for conservatism.
Jim,
With all due respect, I see little to rejoice about.
This November we will be given the choice between two pro-abortion presidential candidates.
McCain has worked against President Bush’s conservative judicial appointments again and again. He will appoint liberal judges to secure the cooperation of the Left with the rest of his agenda, like amnesty, since being pro-life is a second or third order concern for him.
And Hillary and Obama were duking it out over who was the most pro-abortion candidate. Imagine.
I fear that we as a nation are about to get the leadership we deserve, rather than the leadership we need to lead us in a righteous and God-honoring direction.
May God have mercy on our nation and on our children.
All in on Romney. If it’s not him I don’t care anymore because it will be McCain V Hillary.
Yep...we traded Rudy for a pro-illegal alien, pro-open borders, pro-NAFTA, pro-taxes, anti-bill of rights, pro-big government John McCain.
Congrats! But at least he’s against abortion so I guess we should all vote for him!
Abortion should be a non-issue in presidential politics. The White House can’t do anything about abortion. You can elect the most anti-abortion, pro-life candidate in the nation and he is powerless to do anything. Sure he can appoint judges, but with a Democrat congress? They will never allow a judge to be confirmed that support abolishing Roe vs Wade.
Gay marriage amendment. Again, the White House is powerless. In order for an amendment to pass, it must be approved by 2/3rds of each house of congress plus 3/4th of the state legislatures. The president plays no role.
Taxes, size of government, foreign policy, defense, economy, immigration, etc... these are issues the president has power over and can influence directly.
Ditto! Vote as if your life, and your country, depends on it!
If Romney is still standing when the vote comes up in Seattle then I’m voting for him. I’m figuring I’ll write in Fred if I can’t vote Romeny.
BTTT
A great reminder! Our lives, and the lives of countless others (born and unborn) depend on the outcome of the election.
I just hope we have good alternatives to choose from.
Is it time for a new party yet? Never have I faced such a terrible choose. Clintin-Obama?, McCain, God help the USA, rest in peace GOP.
