And a good evening to you too, Pro. Been a busy day. Lots of paper management. Then the wheezing my big computer has developed prompted me to take it to the doc. Thought I might get it back tonight, but.....now I'm working off my laptop.

Thank goodness I have it, but I don't have all my usual posting stuff. I go to favorites and what I want isn't there. Go scrounge thru Fotki and hope I can find it, or google another and load it. Did you see my front porch at noon today?

Typical seems to have gone by the wayside long ago. One never knows. 10” of snow in late October. No more til almost December. 2 weeks ago it was below zero, like now, then this past Wednesday, mid 40’s. Thursday/Friday 6 to 10+ inches of snow and now COLD. If you don’t like today’s weather, wait til tomorrow. LOL!

Anchorage is bounded on one side by water and the other by mountains. Does strange stuff to weather.

Did you get to relax some today? Catch up on sleep?

The funny part was watching the playback yesterday ... and my wife watched into the room to use the computer. There you have it, two of her favorite topics: the war in Iraq and Wal-Mart all rolled into one!

(In my wife's defense: she's not one of the wacky liberals that hate all things military, just this one little thing ... well, that and all things connected with GWB ... but other than that ...)
