Mike Huckabee has got more cheap one-liners than Dan Rather with forged letter faxed to him the night before an election.

The Romneys wrote a big check to Planned Parenthood...Do you have a link for that?
To: DoughtyOne; Reagan Man
Well, I do, but I didn’t say so in my comments.
But you know, I did make a personal comment against a fellow freeper, and I shouldn’t have in this thread, it was about the debate.
I apologize for my remarks about living in the past. That’s for another thread.

All of these guys are better than the Dems. I have respect in different ways, for all of them. Agreed. There are things I like about each of them--even Paul! But I have misgivings about some more than others.
To: TCats
Actually, it’s that lump on his shoulders that is finally coming to a head that bothers me.

i think the Democrat debate was very entertaining. This showed the Republicans have more class and can hold up under stress by biased moderators.

McCain got the NYT endorsement. That speaks volumes. You can bet he won’t get it in the general election if he is ht nominee no matter who the Dem is.

I also cannot stand people who say, I could care less. Well -- I couldn't care less. There is that better. :-)

I’d say it’s as likely they went to Jordan as they did Syria.

"CNN just now says the NYT has endorsed McCain for repubs and Hillary for dems."That ought to tell a few folks something. I don't want any republican that the left supports.
To: TomGuy
The Fair Tax does away with the IRS, but it has to have another bureaucracy to collect and to distribute those monthly checks. You don't need a Constitutional amendment to enact a Fair Tax but you need one to get rid of the income tax officially. Otherwise we end up with two taxes. The Fair Tax is a scam for the carnival barker Huckabee to hoodwink the stupid carnival attendees to come into the tent.

Well that is a nightmare of a choice. I despise all of these charlatans. I tried to find common ground... I do not know what is more disgusting... these candidates or some of their backers here.
