Too bad. I think he’d be the perfect foil for Romney. I don’t know why anyone would want him to team up with McCain. A 72 yr old with cancer and a 57 yr old with cancer, in case the 72 yr old dies in office. Good plan! LOL! Is cancer the new litmus test for politicians?

Your perception of Romney is twisted, warped and completely wrong. And no you didn’t truly think about it. Your obsession with his “hair” and good looks has utterly blinded you. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that you are bald.

Sorry, I was agreeing with you about that other thread, not arguing with you. And it was the suggestion that Fred would support McCain that is “BAD”, and it seemed that if people ARE going to speculate they shouldn’t assume Fred would do something bad like endorse McCain.
I apologize for not being clear that I was supporting you, not opposing you.

McCain will probably usher in the fairness doctrine faster than Clinton.
To: txflake
Not if he brings in someone like Mike Pence.
Pence is better off working his way up in the House and then running for a governorship or a senate seat than being Romney's head of FEMA or some other post like that where he can be safely out of the limelight.

Oddly, I think rather highly of Michelle Obama as a person, although I disagree with her politics and philosophy. But I tend not to be critical of people personally.

I’m happy to take your word for it. Deregulation is always a good thing. Whatever they decide to do about health care in Washington isn’t going to help us in California anyway. Arnold seems intent on his own version of Hillary Care, even though the state is broke and nothing he does will apply to illegals, the biggest problem, anyway. What a maroon.

Not really. Pence is ~45. To go the traditional route, he’d have to bag at least one term in the Senate, then one Governorship of IN. That’s 8 years, putting him into VP pick territory when he’s 53.
Better capitalize on his energy, youth, good looks and winning personality NOW.

No, it's not. As I told you, I got to witness this guy up close when I lived in MA in the early 1990s. Boy, he sure looked sincere as heck when he tried to out-liberal "the swimmer" in 1994. And the swimmer made mince-meat out of him. This guy is not only a phony, but he'll wilt when MSM and the Democrat machine throw the spot-lights on him--which is exactly what he did in 1994.
Your obsession with his hair and good looks has utterly blinded you.
I could credibly say the same thing about you, dear.
I wouldnt be surprised to learn that you are bald.
Yep, completely bald. Not a hair on my head, except the ones coming out of the giant mole on my nose. In fact, I wear a hair-piece that looks exactly like Flip Romney's coif.

Did you believe some idiot on a blog who came up with this story? even if true so what? Do you know how much dirt there is on the Clintons that has not been revealed yet? Think much more than Lewinsky scandal regarding Bill Clinton sexual adventures from 2001-2008.

"I could credibly say the same thing about you, dear."Unlike you, I rarely ever mention them, hon. As I told you before they have nothing to do with why I support him. I do believe they have much to do with why you and some other men, attack him, however.

Everyone is so willing to write off Thompson, and talk of supporting Romney...May I ask you to go back and look at the results? Thompson beat Romney. Romney stopped in-person campaigning in SC, but kept running the ads. He did not have to go to NV to win - he had the “vote for Brother Romney” votes already in his pocket. He did not want us talking about how he was beating by lazy, unambitious, place-holding, FRed.

I’m not attacking her personally. I don’t know her personally. I’m not judging her character. I only know what I see and hear. She’s not nearly as likable as he is. I think she’s strident and harsh. I think she wishes she were the candidate. And I think she distrusts white America. I don’t like aggressive feminists. I don’t think she’s First Lady material.
