What are you drinking? He was the best communicater there. Perhaps you should work on your listening.

One could make the case that “undecided” is a lot like “dumber than a bag of hammers.”
And then deciding on the basis of this one debate...

Well - to be fair, the focus group said what a lot of folks here were saying. In fact, at one point someone posted a picture of a Red Bull for him.

Uh, were you watching the same debate? Fred's answer had substance and not rhetoric, like the rest. The rest had and used democrat talking points.

They were NH Republicans...Thompson polls poorly in NH, so it should be no surprise that NH voters don’t care for him...they find him dull as dishwater...

Well, I love Fred, but I think this did him in. I liked his answers, but his delivery wasn’t inspiring.

It’s gonna be a slugfest between Rudy and Mitt....I’m happy with that!

At least Huck got shown for what he is.

And...let me say one good thing about the focus group. At least they didn’t talk about “CHANGE”! They talked about policy, unlike the Dems last night.

“Then go back to DU or the Ron Paul forum.”

LOL. Good one. I’ll pass, thanks.

I’ve been checking various blogs and even those who aren’t supporting Fred said he did well tonight. So IMO the responses of this focus group do not make much sense.

Exactly...NH prides themselves on being contrarian...which actually means he was the most impressive.

But their ONLY complaint about Fred was SUPERFICIAL! His appearance, his manner of speech.

Fred's my guy but I have to disagree with your argument. One of the problems that Bush has had over the last 8 years has been his inability to always effectively defend and advance his agenda. Like it or not, a President has to be a good communicator. So the issue is not superficial.

Damn! I thought TU had already beaten the pants off Arizona State! Can football teams now play in more than one Bowl? LOL!

Even Fox is saying that it was a good night for Mitt. Personally, I figured this out months ago. People are starting to come around!
