Yes, IN a true RED state, the 1st three or four are RINO-lands.
IMHO the center of gravity of politics and GOP power is the South, Fred knows this, and will be full stride by them IMHO.

If he gets a chance, like some of the frontrunners, to focus on topics, he would do much better.
But as someone else put it, this might be the best it gets for him.
