The z-visa was automatic. The Gov office had 24 hours to disapprove or the z-visa was automatically granted. IIRC

Fred - Flat tax vs Fair tax. Yes. I say every American should pay the exact same tax no matter how much you make or spend. Divide the cost of government evenly and send all Americans a biil with the same amount.

McCain saying that getting a Z-visa wasn’t automatic, and had to be earned. Was there another requirement besides not being a felon?
