Charles Gibson will moderate the Republican and Democrat debates tonight in New Hampshire, beginning at 7 PM Eastern.
Have at it..
You made that up.
Serious?
ROFL... That’s almost as good as the McCain-Edwards embrace... Huckabee even has the “lean-in”! LOL
I missed the beginning.. What did Fred hit Huckabee on early?
Thanks for the ping! :)
From a conservative perspective, there was only one conservative on that stage tonight.
That was Fred Thompson.
I agree with your assessment, I thought Romney appeared far more in command of the issues and far more prepared than anyone else on stage tonight - with McCain a close second. Huckabee and Paul were too general (I understand what Paul is saying with regard to monetary policy, and he’s right, but he’s not explaining it very well). Rudy came off pretty good as well tonight but lacked specifics in the health care debate. Thompson just doesn’t seem to be all that excited about running for President and really doesn’t have any concrete answers or plans. I like his views more than anyone else, but I don’t get the feeling he’s going to fight very hard for anything if he wins.
If tonight was my first exposure to any of the candidates I would have thought Romney was the most articulate, most knowledgeable, and most prepared to be President.
Slowly but surely, they are all being exposed. I look for Fred to finish a minimum of second in SC.
Triple Frinks!
Boy, Obama and Edwards love each other.
Wow, John Edwards is at his sleaziest slickest trial lawyer best.
It’s really something. I think he just hit Hillz hard without naming her.
Edwards has hitched his little pony star to Obamanation.
Wow this Ron Paul dude is a dope.
which one was that?
Gosh, I've never heard anyone ever say that, especially the MSM.

Ha Ha, you won't get any one to admit that here on this forum.
She rattled and has lost control of her voice
It is now up to Mother In Law level 3
35 years of change?
The biggest gripe on Mitt here, outside of the hopelessly anti-Mormon types, is that some don't believe he'll act as he says. What he's saying now isn't a whole lot different than what Fred's saying. The differences aren't great by the standard of historical P/VP pairs. Having Fred on the team should relieve at least some of those concerns. Romney's preferred management style is to look at all the data, to hear all points of view and then pick the best choice. Input from Fred should help.
The biggest gripe on Fred, right or wrong, is that he looks old and lacks energy. That would be negated with the youthful, hyper Mitt at the front of the ticket, but would remain an issue with a Fred/Mitt ticket. The only problem with a Mitt/Fred ticket is that Fred has said he doesn't want to be VP. Everyone says that, but with Fred he may well mean it.
Rudy completely tripped over himself when he talked about Reagan and amnesty. He said that Reagan offered amnesty, then said that what Reagan did wasn't amnesty, then said again it was amnesty. I was completely confused as to the point he was trying to make.
Rush Limbaugh, is it you?
