Ronpaul ignores the very real threat of “Islamofascism”.
The Islamic empire is real and identifies muslims and non-muslims as separate entities under the law. The kufir have fewer rights and protections.
Ron Paul is over the cuckoo’s nest.

His flirting with Fascists has been heavily documented . . . I do not consider hearsay in a public forum to be documentation. Besides, the word "fascist" is thrown around all too sloppily in most cases, perhaps with Ron Paul's apocryphal quote from Lewis as a case in point.
Fascists in my book are generally, but not according to the strict definition, people who would enslave others under an authority derived from a few rather than from the people. If Ron Paul wants to accept contributions from people who in principle are opposed to his ideas regarding individual freedom and responsibility, then more power to him.

Do you really want everbody who disagrees with you to be banned? The line, Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. comes to mind. I was thinking more of freedom of speech.

Female in Iraq (I heart Jim Robinson) Yes, my head is still spinning after being dazzled by the sheer cleverness and creativity of that. I'm sure Boteye enjoyed it as well.
See y'all back on here in a couple of days. My bags are packed for my vacation and I begin the journey soon.

While it is true that the Klan stood for anti-Catholic and anti-Jewish sentiment, that hardly equates it with Mussolini's marriage of socialism to Corporate interests in a big Government movement. One can oppose both the Klan and Fascism without pretending that they are one movement.
Ron Paul did not call Huckabee a Fascist, but he did point out that everything is not always what it seems. That was his point. Frankly, I do not think Huckabee supports a Mussolini style Corporate/Totalitarian State. But his "Christianity" seems a bit confused, when it is used to justify his past support for Hispanic migrants taking the jobs of native Arkansans. Neither the concept of a Universal God, nor the evangelical pursuit of winning adherence to that Universal God, can rationally support the principle of failing in a duty to provide for your own posterity. It is in that failure that Governor Huckabee's wearing of Faith upon sleeve becomes really suspect.
But all Dr. Paul was really saying by the Sinclair Lewis quote, is don't trust appearances--or the self-serving representations of those seeking political office or power.

Fascists wear flags and crosses. The unspoken but wildly false conclusion: people with flags and crosses are fascists. That wasn't the Ron Paul conclusion, that was the false one you are attempting to smear him with.

Fox and Friends (of Rudi) asked the stupidest questions and did the least professional interviewWell that's shocking. Not. This on the channel that spends several minutes during its evening 'newscast' last night to follow a live car chase in California. I just can't tell you how riveting that was.

Hate to break it to you, but plugging your fingers in your ears, stamping your feet and loudly claiming it’s a “lie” doesn’t make it so. All you did was say *nu-uh!* and simply posited your personal hunch.
But that’s the problem with arguing with a conspiracy nut. You offer them facts (in this case FEC documentation,) so they claim THAT’s a conspiracy. Do you reallty believe thousands upon thousands of donors all got together and decided to make up fake employers? Was the fake employer conspiracy included in their George Soros donation packey?
The fact that your post offered nothing but hazy accusations and name calling speaks to its lack of credibility.

You need to remove the apostrophe from "Neocons" in your tagline. Apostrophes are not for plurals; they are possessive.
When your illiteracy is reflected in your tagline, it shows every time you post.
Just thought I'd help out.

RP is standing on thin ice when he insults American Christians in general by equating a like-minded individual as fascist. It doesn't help. Well, if you actually read what Paul said, he was not attributing facism to Huckabee at all.
He was saying that it was too easy to make appeals to Christianity.
This was a tactic used against Jefferson, Jackson and Lincoln, that they weren't 'Christian' enough.

Ill take your answer as the blind being led by the opportunist.I'm not sure why you would call me blind when it is you who apparently accept hearsay in a public forum as documentation. If you're that confused over definitions then it is rather pointless to continue any discussion (as if we've had one to begin with).
To: fortheDeclaration
Ron Paul doesn’t need any one to smear him. He does that quite well by himself, even if you can’t see it.
To: darkwing104
I doubt it. Let's be honest here those numbers are self reported with no independent verification. I am not calling you a liar but I have to say BS on thisSo what you are saying is "Because I don't want it to be true, I'm decided to doubt this information and instead claim thousands of individuals are all conspiring to come up with fake employers." Are they also all giving fake addresses, which is why most of Paul's money comes from red states?
It's sort of like the folks who claim all media polls are falsified liberal PR stunts, until they see one they agree with.

The Republican Party should have a big tent, but there should be no seat in it for kooks like Ron Paul. You mean someone who wants to actually govern by the Constitution?

True. Rudi's got that territory all staked out already.
