As a matter of fact, I don’t need to read #7. I was watching Fox & Friends this morning when he made that statement.
Obviously, Paulistinians don’t care what this loon says.

I wonder how the Paulistinians will see their messiah now, since it seems he thinks loving America or Christ is to be considered fascism? Uh, he did no such thing bub. Understand context as it relates to Huckabee. Stop parroting the FR spin.
How can anyone take this dude serious?
Apparently, over 100,000 donors do. Whoo-hoo!

Paul is just another guy who believes that America and Israel are the problem.
If you want to know who Ron Paul’s hardcore suppporters are.

Obviously, Paulistinians dont care what this loon says. I'm beginning to think that most of them AGREE with what he says.

That's more of an indicator of the weakness of the GOP field, rather than the strength of Dr. Keyes. You're admitting that Paul is weak?

Lol yeah. I was watching FNC this morning when this mental midget made this comment - as if we needed one more piece of evidence that Ron Paul is a useless moron.

Whats more unsettling is knowing this man was able to have $ 6 MILLION raised for him over the weekend on the internet.
Uh...that's $6.4M in just one day. He's raised $18.3M in the fourth quarter, both records for any Republican in previous cycles. He'll likely break $20M in Q4. He's received another $34,178 just since midnight last night.
What should worry you is that 24,000 of the 54,000 donors for the Teaparty fundraiser last weekend were first-time donors. That's the sign of a campaign that's growing.
And he has a Meetup army of over 80,000 volunteers.
"I think people underestimate his political skills all the time. You can't ever
take Ron Paul for granted." - Shane Sklar, 1996 Democrat victim of Ron Paul

Twisting statements out of context due to blind hatred of someone has become the norm here. Had Fred! uttered these words, thered be high-fiving, among other things thats the equivalent of an adult bookstore.1. Nothing was taken out of context. You saying so doesn't make it so, it only makes you foolish.
2. Fred didn't utter these words. Your idiotic Mr. Paul uttered them. And no spin by you will change that fact.
3. He wants to bring up fascism, yet he has failed to disavow the very dollars & support fascism adds to his campaign daily. Who again is the closest to fascism?

The rabid Paul haters are just as loony as the most rabid of Paul supporters. FReeper JeffHead is one of the most respectable FReepers here. He disagrees with Paul's foreign policy, which is fair because I have some reservations too.
They arent interested in perspective - they want a gotcha moment and will take quotes out of context to get them.
Of course they do. For years, FReepers have prided themselves on sniffing out BS in the media and the thousands of articles that have been posted here. But post a Paul article and these David Banners morph instantly into the Hulk.
To: DakotaRed
Obviously, Paulistinians dont care what this loon says. Why do you think many FReepers consider it a cult?

you are not going to be around here very long. I just get that gut feeling.
To: Sam's Army
His supporters are writing thinly veiled anti-Semitic tracts in the Letters to the Editor pages here in Fargo. Had to slap one around a bit recently.

Yeah, there is no way you could link Huckabee with questioning Christianity or Patriotic support of big Govt./s
http://www.arkansasnews.com/archive/2005/01/28/News/316347.html
Something thats not worth sharing is not worth celebrating, Huckabee said. This is the kind of country that opens its doors. This bill expresses an un-American attitude.
Even if benefits to people who are in the U.S illegally could be stopped, I dont understand how a practicing Christian can turn his back on a child from this or any other state, Huckabee said.

On the contrary; had Fred uttered those words there would be gasps of utter shock, as they would be entirely uncharacteristic of him. Don't make me laugh any more than I'm doing while enjoying the knee-jerking that's going on this thread.
Fred Thompson can fricking call for an immediate withdrawal from Iraq, and FReepers will scream "WE'RE NOT WORTHY!"
To: EternalVigilance
You're admitting that Paul is weak? If Keyes' poll numbers are rising, then that means support for the other GOP candidates have diminished, and Keyes' is just getting the sloppy seconds leftover from the dwindled GOP base that's currently being carved up by the other candidates besides Paul.
To: elhombrelibre
I cannot wait for the time when this defeatist lunatic is crushed and finished once and for all. He is not going to be a Congressman next year, he will lose his seat to a much more sane Republican.
