[I waited 45 seconds and actually posted something substantial--Ed.]
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. At least four people were shot outside of a Colorado Springs church on Sunday, but it was not immediately known whether the shootings were related to an earlier shooting about 70 miles away, authorities said.
Well, I guess nerds of america need to expound on this theory. (wow!)
I’m a newspaperman, and they showed me this thing. It had numerous attachments for the arm including a shotgun for blowing up bombs, and a sort of robot claw.
It never occured to me that it could be used to drag someone.
Good work.
How sad! Thanks for posting that - I only heard a brief mention on TV news that he did research for MS. I think the press conference starts in a few minutes.
Oh man, this makes me mad that this kid did this to his own family, in addition to the families he harmed so deeply with his rampage.
Original article is here at: Guard calmly returned fire at church.
Just heard her name for the first time. Sounded like “Jeanine Assan”. (I’m certain that’s misspelled)
They’re introducing the hero now! Her name is Jean Assam. Thin blonde woman.
“...... I give all the credit to God ...... My hands weren’t even shaking ....... didn’t sleep a wink last night, as you can tell ...... had to draw my weapon countless times in my career before, but never had to fire at someone ....”

Just how stupid is that? Maybe they will reverse it now. Thanks for your post.
What gets me is that churches are in the statute (of some states, like Georgia) as places where permit holders aren't allowed to carry. Excuse me...but where is the 'separation of church and state' doctrine here? Shouldn't it be left up to the individual church to decide whether their members can carry or not?
"I was just asking God to steady me ..... I just knew what I had to do .... I was extremely weak, because I had just gotten off of a fast, but God strengthened me ..."
Hey single Christian Freepers! She's not married, but knows she will be someday.
Idiot newsmen! She just was forced to answer with, “I am telling the truth”.
WOW!
Yes, others-enforced celibacy seems to be a common feature of the psychos.
She’s gonna be married sooner than later... I’d wager. Nice looking, polite, and won’t give her age.... Jeanne Assam. I’ll bet the Church is OVERWHELMED with marriage proposals by midnight
Jeanne Assam is her name.

That sounds like the one I saw on local TV news,,,
I was impressed,,,they even picked up a raw egg with the claw/arm...
What a gal! She said she had been on a three-day fast, which was to end on Sunday, while praying and asking the Lord what he wanted her to do with her life. She was weak from the fasting, but when called upon by the Holy Spirit to go forth and end the slaughter, she says she received the power to do it.
What a testimony! It is Biblical in its details!!
They are devout Christians.
A) we don't know that he wasn't a fat, disaffected, pimply kid (as if those are the only people who are experiencing "others-enforced celibacy")
B) He only appears to have been interested in university. Colorado Christian said that he had been in contact with them but then decided it was too expensive.
Yep, I noticed that as well... :)
