Eisenberg, of 7 Brook Drive in Somersworth, was scheduled to appear at Strafford County Superior Court at 1:30 p.m. today with his wife Lisa (Warren) Eisenberg for a final domestic violence hearing. Court officials were unable to provide the domestic complaint filed against Eisenberg.
Divorce papers filed on Nov. 27 indicated Eisenberg was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, domestic related, and violation of a protective order. In the papers, Warren said the divorce was a result irreconcilable differences and complained that Eisenberg suffered from “severe alcohol and drug abuse, several verbal abuse and threats.
Ok and once again, why is anyone making the connection between this 2002 lawsuit and the perp? Seriously, did I miss something? I would imagine there are alot of Leeland Eisenberg’s around.

I don’t know if that complaint is legit, but you are correct, the Boston Herald is reporting that he has ties to Massachusetts.

Can’t prove it by me that CNN’s people aren’t volunteer Hillary staffers.
WMUR identified the suspect as Leeland Eisenberg, a man with a criminal record who was due in court today to answer a domestic violence charge. CNN said after Eisenberg was arrested that he spoke by phone with CNN staff members, saying he had concerns about the U.S. mental health-care system.
“I’m just wondering, since he wanted to talk to Hillary, why they didn’t call her.”
Perhaps for MAXIMUM national coverage? Which is another non-coincidence.
