Look at the age in the lawsuit doc.
“In or about 1982-1983 the Plaintiff who was approximately 21 years old”
It is being reported that the person who is in custody is 46 years old and had used an alias in the past.
The person named in the doc would be 46 by now, has the same name, and also had used an alias in the past.
