Just Three Weeks Before Dallas, Feds Uncovered Plot to Kill JFK in Chicago, Says Ex-Secret Service Agent By CHUCK GOUDIE, WLS-TV
Nov. 22, 2007
A former Secret Service agent has told WLS-TV there was a plot to kill President Kennedy in Chicago three weeks before he was assassinated in Dallas.
Kennedy was murdered on Nov. 22, 1963. Today is the 44th anniversary of JFK's assassination.
Lee Harvey Oswald would never have had the chance to kill Kennedy in Dallas, had an assassination plot in Chicago succeeded three weeks earlier, a plot that has been mentioned over the years.
Kennedy was due to arrive in Chicago the morning of Nov. 2 to attend the Army-Air Force football game at Soldier Field and ride in a parade. Newspapers had even printed JFK's detailed travel plan from O'Hare airport to the Loop.
Although police were preparing to line the motorcade route, Secret Service officials in Chicago were deeply troubled about the visit because of two secret threats.
Right-wing radical and Kennedy denouncer Thomas Vallee had arranged to be off work for JFK's visit; Vallee, an expert marksman, was arrested with an M1 rifle, a handgun and 3,000 rounds of ammo. But then there was the phone call to federal agents from a motel manager concerning what she'd seen in a room rented by two Cuban nationals.
"Had seen lying on the bed several automatic rifles with telescopic sights, with an outline of the route that President Kennedy was supposed to take in Chicago that would bring him past that building," said former Secret Service agent Abraham Bolden....
Happy to do lunch with an Upper Echelon Member; however, I only consume pure energy from gamma rays emitted by the planet Jupiter when its solar orbit is in perihelion with that of earth.
Thank yew verruh much; I owe a debt of gratitude to Elvis, who’s become my Illuminati Brother and my future Secretary of State after I’ve been appointed Emperor in the coming Reign of the Alpha Centaurians.
Dennis? Is that you...? I thought you had been cloned by the centipede creatures whose kingdom is on an exact duplicate of earth which exists in the fifth dimension, and that you were living on a walnut farm buried deep in the bowels of Uranus.
Thank you - the truth is often more interesting than any fiction.
Thanks. All my reference books and notes which would help me out on this are in a storage unit that I can’t get to, so I can’t be much help.
I’ve tried to verify Lady Bird’s alleged ownership of B&R stock and have never been able to. I worked for them in *mumblemumble70mumble* and wrote for BrownBuilder, among other things for the company and separately, for Halliburton later.
At that time, long after the Halliburton merger, the boards hadn’t even really merged, except for Geo R. Brown, who was still alive and coming to the office every day, tho blind. I know he was on the Halliburton BofD. As I recall, B&R was wholly owned by the family Trust, the Brown Foundation, when Halliburton bought it after Herman Brown’s death in 1962.
Whether or not Lady Bird was a non-family part of the Foundation at that time is not known to me. And whether or not the Brown family ceded to her some Halliburton stock for some reason is also not known to me.
As I understood it, she owned a small piece of a natural gas processing plant in Odessa that was bought by B&R long before all this and thus, had a small stake. I believe all the business and monkey business the Browns did with LBJ was in cash and the last thing they would’ve wanted was for him or his family to be stockholders.
They had already gotten into a lot of trouble way back in LBJ’s state legislature days or maybe Senate days, with the IRS on their huge LBJ campaign contributions. I wasn’t around for any of that, but it was still going on 20 years later, when I was. In fact, it was the South Texas shenanigans (votes written in green ink for Yarborough) that made me a Goldwater true believer as a kid in ‘60 and teen in ‘64.
So, I’m always surprised when I see these various statements that range from Lady Bird owning a little Halliburton stock (probably closest to the truth), to her owning the whole company (ha!), to her owning all of B&R - KBR, to her having started Halliburton to her family having started it! Sheesh, people! (Not you, Ditter - the others.)

EPIC BOOK RESURRECTS FINDING THAT OSWALD ACTED ALONE IN KILLING JFK
Reviewer: Josiah Thompson
Bugliosi has performed a useful function by scrubbing away a number of nutty theories that have surfaced since Nov. 22, 1963.But what about Bugliosi's more serious intent -- to resuscitate a variant of the Warren Commission's account of the assassination?
In 1993, another lawyer, Gerald Posner, tried the same thing in his book "Case Closed." Yet Bugliosi cites numerous examples of Posner's "distortion" and "misrepresentation." He quotes approvingly a Washington Post review of Posner's book, which criticized him for presenting "only the evidence that supports the case he's trying to build, framing the evidence in a way that misleads readers."
But this is exactly what Bugliosi does. Like any experienced prosecutor, he highlights the evidence that furthers his case while ignoring or confusing contrary evidence. Examples of this approach can be found almost everywhere in the book.
Take his spirited defense of Warren Commission junior counsel Arlen Specter's "single-bullet theory." Bugliosi agrees that this theory -- that Kennedy and Texas Gov. John Connally were hit by the same bullet -- is necessary to conclude that Oswald acted alone. He also acknowledges that the theory was developed by Specter and other commission staff members in the spring of 1964 to save the single-assassin conclusion. He also notes that when the time came to approve it, the commission split down the middle.
To his credit, he tells us Connally denied from first to last that he was hit by the same bullet that hit Kennedy. His wife, Nellie, testified that she heard a shot and saw the president react to being hit. Only then did she see and hear a second shot crash into her husband's back.
Bugliosi tells us Nellie Connally was "confused" and that her husband relied upon her confusion. However, you will find nowhere in Bugliosi's book the fact that no witness in Dealey Plaza could attest to both men being hit by the same shot or that the FBI's review of the Zapruder film led them to conclude Connally and Kennedy were hit separately.
He tells us that Dr. Malcolm Perry at Parkland Hospital estimated the size of the supposed bullet exit hole in JFK's throat to be "3 mm to 5 mm in diameter," but he neglects to tell us that wound ballistics experts at Edgewood Arsenal carried out experiments showing bullets from Oswald's rifle would cause exit wounds two to three times that size.
Even more egregious is his handling of the trajectory through JFK's back and neck. A face-sheet on which notes were taken during the autopsy shows the supposed exit wound in the throat to be higher than the entry wound in the back.
When the autopsy photos were finally produced in the 1970s, a medical panel concluded that the course of the bullet through Kennedy was at an upward angle (the accepted number is 11 degrees). So how does Kennedy get shot from the sixth floor of a building when the bullet takes an upward path through his body?
The Warren Commission took the simplest course. The staff let the autopsy doctor instruct a medical illustrator to raise the back wound from the back to the neck. Commission member U.S. Rep. Gerald Ford then corrected a final draft of the panel's report to read "neck wound" rather than "back wound." Voila, a "back wound" had become a "neck wound."
Faced with that 11 degree upward angle, the House Select Committee on Assassinations took a more inventive approach in its 1978-79 investigation. It just leaned Kennedy forward at the time he was shot.
And Connally, who took a shot at a 27-degree downward angle? His body position was leaned back a sufficient amount. Voila, an 11-degree upward angle through one body had become a 27-degree downward angle through a second body, thus a straight line had been maintained.
Like any good prosecutor, Bugliosi admits it was "upward" but never tells us how much. Then he publishes a diagram from the House's report showing Kennedy bent forward. He says in a caption that the diagram shows "his head tilted forward slightly more than it actually was as shown in the Zapruder film."
That's quite an understatement since the Zapruder film never shows Kennedy bending forward at all. He's sitting erect in the back seat waving to the crowd. Then when the limousine travels behind a sign and emerges three-quarters of a second later, he's sitting erect but wounded.
The Zapruder frames contained in Bugliosi's book show Kennedy never took the position he had to take for the Warren Commission's single-bullet theory to work.
Bugliosi gets it to work by telling his readers only part of the story and by using a diagram even he admits is inaccurate. This prosecutorial approach infects the whole book and makes it unreliable as a guide to the evidence.
Sounds like something from James Ellroy.
NO more calls, please.

Gullible? You 11-22 Truthers can’t even agree who did it let alone know how it was done. Do some research and explain step by step how it was done and you’ll know who did it.
Thanks for the info. Wonder if Mr. Traficant will run for Congress when he gets out. He’d fit right in... M
many reputable researchers have exposed who did it and have even had a confession of one of the hit men. And the doctors at parkland hospital reported a large exit wound in the back of Kennedy’s head. It is extremely gullible to overlook that fact. Not to mention the many people who heard and ran over to the knoll area where the front shots happened. Come on now, use your common sense!
You know nothing about this crime. You don't seem to have the slightest idea who the shooter was, the number of bullets fired or the injuries. You don't appear to have an idea how close the so-called knoll is from the closest witnesses. You don't have the basic knowledge of ballistics or trajectories. You don't understand bullet impacts.
What you have is the same investigative skills as the average 9-11 truther. You don't understand how a building can fall down or how a plane can hit the Pentagon so you simply make up your own reality.
Answer this: Where are all the bullets fired from the so-called "Grassy Knoll"?
No logical. If you had any logic instead of Oliver Stones movie, you would too.
actually I have done quite a bit of research on the assasination...not as much as the house select committee of congress which also concluded that there was more than one shooter. I am in good company...and if you do better research on the forensic report by various doctors at parkland hospital and the attending nurse, you will find that they all reported a large exit wound in the back of the head. And those people were clearly running towards the grassy knoll where they reported hearing gunfire. Do you think I am that gullible or misinformed as you are? You need to be more objective to the information.
Repeating the exact same nonsense doesn’t get you anywhere.
Since you don’t know anything about the crime scene, I’ll ask you a part of your fantasy so it will get you searching for facts: Where are all those bullets that were reputed to originate from the grassy knoll?
If you can’t answer that one, you better consider the fact you don’t have a clue.
I know more than you would like to admit...and so did the house select committee. You are making yourself sound like a person who wants to kling to a false belief regardless of the facts. Be my guest, but you are very wrong and quite gullible. I hope you get better...your awareness of the facts, that is.
Is that The Dead Kennedy’s?
