I don't normally follow Ted Rall's work. But when J.M., a member of our military serving in Iraq, wrote NB about Rall's recent column and cartoon, I had a look. I'd say our soldier was being restrained in describing Rall's work as "particularly offensive."

I'm displaying one panel from his cartoon of October 22nd. You can view the whole of it here. As you'll note, the point is to celebrate the death of our soldiers, since they are "idiots" whose removal from the gene pool causes the average IQ back home to soar.

The way to get at this asshat is to find out which of the newspapers is the largest and boycott the advertisers. Put this cartoon on a large placard take it to the car dealers, real estate, local stores and see if we can arrange a boycott of any stores that advertise on papers from this little pr#ck.

He can say anything he wants, draw anything he wants and be as big an assh#le as he wants, but we can hit him in the pocketbook....or purse, whatever.

Ignorant liberal! The U.S. Military has a higher average intelligence than the U.S. population. They all have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent) and the officer corps have college degrees, and they do better than the general population on I.Q. tests. I know this goes against the Kerry “study or you’ll end up in Iraq” paradigm, but when was Kerry ever right about anything?

Talk Show Host Graham Fired By WMAL Over Islam Remarks

According to WMAL, Graham said "Islam is a terrorist organization" 23 times on his July 25 program. On the same show, he also said repeatedly that "moderate Muslims are those who only want to kill Jews" and that "the problem is not extremism. The problem is Islam."

The comments drew complaints and prompted an organized letter-writing campaign against WMAL and its advertisers by a Muslim group, the Council on American-Islam Relations (CAIR) of Washington.

CAIR applauded WMAL's decision. The organization had asked the station for a retraction or an apology, but "we didn't get specific on what [Graham] should say," said Rabiah Ahmed, a spokeswoman. "We were looking for an acknowledgment that his statements were anti-Muslim and hateful, and harmful to our community and our country's image."

Kerry and Bush were both given a test upon entering the officer corps. This test can be used to gage intelligence. Any guesses as to who did better??????

Apart from the subject matter, with which I strongly disagree, Mr. Rall’s work is puerile and stupid, and not in the least bit funny. His cartoons look like something out of a middle school newspaper. How this idiot ever got his work published, let alone syndicated, is beyond my comprehension.
